Michal’s POV It’s been a few weeks since Sabrina lost her parents and the funeral took place. I feel like crap leaving her right now because it feels too soon. But I know the mafia life and unfortunately in a lot of ways it comes first. I know that may sound horrible to some people but what you guys don’t understand is that committing to the mafia and taking care of business is how you keep your family safe and out of harm's way. Like now for instance we are on another mission.

I mumble. I was really hoping to see Rio this morning because we still need to talk about how we were to play the “marriage act”. “I know it’s not a life you are used to,” Mama Agness continues, “but guns and bloodshed are quite the norm in the mafia life. I answered in one-word sentences and refused to look him in the eye. I knew it was a petty fight. What right did I have to get angry at Milo for his past lovers?
