Thomas pointed. “Look over there.” From behind a cluster of rocks, a huge male lion emerged, his golden mane catching the sunlight. He strolled lazily across the field, yawning as if the entire morning had exhausted him already.

She could feel the arrogance in his eyes and returned the same look to him. A Lion is a proud and elegant creature by birth. They were called the king of Jungle exactly because of their elegance and power. A lion hated being defied which was exactly what Ji Anling was doing.
