Buying A Kindle Book For Someone Else Novels & Stories

“No, it’s me. I’m being foolish. Of course you can—” “No,” she cried. I mean, it was incredibly touching that he was willing. But it was the last thing she wanted now that she understood what she’d actually been asking. “I mean, sheesh. Paper books? Who reads those anymore? I bet I could pick this up for 99p as an epub.” He gave a slight shaken laugh. She grabbed her phone and googled. “Well, okay, $11.99 if I pretend I’m American.” “Cole, I don’t mind.”

I'll have to get used to the elegance and the wealth, and I'm sure eventually I will feel more comfortable living my life this way. "I'm working on it. Just this morning I bought ten new books on my kindle, spent like £100" I reply with a proud grin. Rhode 's arm wraps around my shoulder and he replies proudly. "That's my girl"

Since they could stop any time, K decided to go straight to business. K visited the music store where she looked through the books that came as printed books with no cover or author written on it. She found two perfect books which she added her songwriter name on and picked up one script for a sentimental movie that J can feature in. The three books had her name added on it since she didn’t want anyone stealing her hard earned and used money. This was her earnest present for her man and no one else. She paid for the books and moved to the bookstore where she bought a couple of business related books for J. after that she went in the pharmacy where she bought some body cream and lotion for th

“Turns out, she found the encyclopedia interesting.” “I just sold my encyclopedia set on the world’s religions. I may still have the one on the occult.” “I’ll tell Trigg and Sid to come see you.” “Here,” the man offered Knuckles his book, “it’s not an encyclopedia, but trust me, some of it can put you to sleep.” “Oh, I couldn’t-.” “Nonsense. It’s a gift.” He placed the book into bag with the other books. “Thank you.” Knuckles said as he handed over his card.

Fuck! "Give me that limited edition!" I said annoyed. "No! You said 'you can buy your own things' so buy yours." He said with a smile and I could clearly see his dimples appearing and his killer smile. "I want that! There is no limited edition in the bookstore!" Instead of giving it to me, he just shook his head at me while making a no-no sign. I rolled my eyes at him. "Fine! I'll buy it, make the price triple or quadruple, I don't care just give that book to me!" I am desperate. Just imagine the limited edition of the book you really want is already within your reach but our boss doesn't want to give it to you.

Dylan's POV I thanked the elderly bookseller before purchasing the novel I had been holding, though I quietly added two more books to the stack after noticing Aliya pause in front of them earlier. She never asked for expensive gifts or expected extravagant surprises, yet I had learned that the quickest way to brighten her entire day was to place a good book in her hands. The shop owner wrapped each one carefully in brown paper before tying them together with a pale blue ribbon, smiling to herself the entire time as though she had already guessed they weren't really for me. When she handed the package across the counter, she leaned toward me ever so slightly and whispered, "Keep giving her re

I opened my gift box to find an e-reader inside. Before I could express my joy, I saw Kevin hugging Natasha tightly. "Thanks, Nat! I knew I was your favorite! You actually got me the latest laptop!" Claire said in shock, "This model goes for 4,000 dollars at retail price! Natasha, you must've spent more than a month's pay from your internship on this, right?" Natasha fondly patted Kevin on the head. "No matter how pricey it is, I have to get it for Kev. He's my brother, after all."

You don't want that for me 😥 Also, please leave a review for my book so it can get ratings. Thanks a lot for reading and for your support 🙏

Samatha said, catching the attention of both Nuella and Adrian. “What's up?” Adrain asked. “It looks... Very expensive.” “Because it is,” Nuella said casually, knowing exactly what Samantha was driving at. “How did you get that…” Samantha asked, trying to sound joyful, but Nuella could see through her. Her lips parted to say a word but the book attendant suddenly came forward. “Ma’am….” Samantha’s face dropped, but she directed her gaze to the lady. “Is it available?” “It was, some minutes back, but someone just paid for the book on that entire shelf, claiming that he was sending it to his woman as a gift.”

“These are amazing! The best Christmas present ever!” I smile as he embraces her and as she beams, proud of the gifts her aunt has most likely helped her buy. He proceeds to open his other gifts; a Shiatsu back, neck and shoulder massager from his mother, a Bluetooth smart pen and notebook set from Paris, a wireless charging pad and organizer from Kennedy, and a Ralph Lauren messenger bag from Reagan. I see he has deliberately left my gift for last, and his brows raise when he unwraps my gift. “There Was a Country ,” he calls out the name of the Chinua Achebe book I found in Waterstone the day before. I’d been so excited seeing it and had bought it without a second thought, certain at the ti
