The Bad Boy’s Regret
The way my body betrayed me so fast it was embarrassing.
Jules was talking nonstop about the upcoming camping trip thing—which, honestly, wasn’t even real camping. It was more like the school pretending to be “outdoorsy” so they could get donors to keep throwing money at them, but everyone knew the truth.
“We’re literally staying in hotels, Mon, five-star ones, and the soccer Coach is acting like the boys are gonna be fighting bears or something,” Jules rambled, turning the wheel with a dramatic flick. “There’s gonna be alcohol everywhere, like, teenagers plus unsupervised rooms means everyone will either be traumatized or pregnant by Monday.”
