The night jogger sees in powerless Woodland Vista the visual equivalent of the local idiom “engulfed by heaven and earth” In the 53 days that Nathaniel “Nate” Policarpio has stayed (against his will) in Camp Unplugged, which is based in Woodland Vista, he experienced over ten power outages; a clear insight into the frequency of such interruptions in that backwater. Nate knows too well because he scritched a tally mark on the wall of his room for every single outage. Camp Unplugged is certainly living up to its name, over and beyond its mission of being an Internet addiction rehabilitation center.

Star continued, her voice filled with enthusiasm, "what if we invited some of our closest friends to join us? It would be such a wonderful experience to share with them." Julius nodded, a smile spreading across his face. "I love that idea, Star. It'll be a perfect opportunity for us to bond with our friends in the serenity of the great outdoors. Let's start planning our camping adventure together." Excitement filled the air as Star and Julius reached out to their friends to extend an invitation to join them on their upcoming camping trip. The group was thrilled by the idea and quickly made plans to embark on this adventure together. As the day of departure approached, the group of friends ga

“Drink first. Then talk.” Jasper gulped down the water, his throat burning. He had been walking for days. Starving. Dehydrated. When he finished, he wiped his mouth and looked at Thomas. “They have Sebastian and Luna,” he started, his voice rough. “Along with Lin and the team leader. They’re being held in a militia camp, and they’re in bad shape.” Thomas exchanged a glance with his men before turning back to Jasper. “Tell me everything.” Jasper didn’t hold back. In addition to their experiences before capture, he also gave Thomas vital locations of important tents on the campground. However, he deliberately left out that his father was in charge of the camp. Thirty minutes later, when he was

Nobody in this story has any sort of sexual thoughts or activities of any kind until they magically become eighteen. Jill and I stood on a grass volleyball court under a blue sky streaked with shreds of clouds. This was the opening ceremony for Seven Palms naturalist campground. A light, almost hot, breeze drifted through the group of about two hundred people, all without clothing, talking, joking. Old friends reacquainted; new friends being made. We were long-time members, along with my parents and Jill's brother and sister. The six of us meet here at least once a year. Jill squeezed my hand.

Why were women so damn complicated? As Josh neared one of the smaller lakes that fed off the Saint Johns River, he started to detect another animal—a shifter he hadn't come across before—a bear, but definitely not Wes. Slowing, Josh followed the scent through some cypress trees toward an area dense with foliage, almost as if a ring had formed protecting—a camp? His panther blinked slowly as he stared at the makeshift camp in front of him. There was a small two-man, maybe four-man tent, toward the back of the camp, a firepit in front of that, and a small camp table with a chair in front of the tent. A pair of shorts draped over the back of the chair, and other clothes hung from a rope strung

Jomer said seriously and the words he uttered were emphasized. "Is that so? No problem, Alpha Jomer. You can count on me for that matter," General Parks replied while nodding. "I will immediately tell my son about it . Right now, he is busy preparing for their camping that will be held at the camp of our allied pack." "That's another thing I'm thinking about, General. We're not included in the camping because that celebration is only for trainees. I can't watch over Haria so I really need your son's help," Jomer continued.

Depending on what happened last night, Min Ji and Hyuna requested teachers to have a separate camp from other girls as they can’t afford more people knowing about Lily’s nightmares and their teachers being supportive gave them permission to have a camp for only four of them. Meanwhile, Hyun Jin, Jisung, Young Ho, Min Jun, Hyeon and Chen were still sharing the same camp as before. Once they were done with building their camps, the sun was gone. They decided to avoid games like hide and seek or anything which can risk someone’s life as there is a whole freaking sea in front of them. “So, what now?” asked Min Ji curiously. “We should play something to make things memorable” said Lily in an exci

MJ, Jessi, and Jake finish school and graduate. College time for MJ, Jessi, and Jake. Marty, Jared, Dalton, and Madison are finishing their first year. Summer came and MJ went to cheer camp at Clemson. She was gone for 4 days. Jared called and texted everyday. He was waiting for her when she pulled into her driveway. By the time her car was put in park he was opening her door.

They had no such inkling. “How do you know there would be an attack? Who would be stupid enough to do that?” Sam said. “Just do what I say !” Jake said. Preparing for an attack just before a wedding was going to be difficult. The compound was full of people, both pack members and guests. Those who didn't stay in the compound permanently were also back due to the ceremony. The campus was huge, about 30 miles. Consisting of woods, a mountain range, a waterfall, and a river that snaked through the middle. The land was acquired by Jake's grandfather 200 years ago. Over the years the pack members had built cabins deep into the forests. The whole campus was like a self-sustainable town. Keeping it

I asked, setting aside the math textbook I’d been pretending to study. “You could say that,” he muttered, loosening his protective gear. “You alright, kid?” “Actually, I wanted to ask you something.” I stood, bracing myself. “There’s a group of girls from school going camping tomorrow night. Just overnight. Can I go?” He looked at me. “Camping? Where?” “I think just near the outskirts. They go every year, it’s a thing.” Julian rubbed his chin. “Who’s going?” “Ruby. Laura. Claire. Cherry—”
