Cecilia finally said after a few seconds of her deep thought. "I know all I said was extremely hurtful but forgive me, I just wanted to be able to detach from you easily" she did and Goerge looked straight at her without blinking. "I am deeply sorry Goerge, I missed you and our daughter every single day" Cecilia said and Goerge nodded like he believed her. "Do you even remember her name?" He asked and Cecilia smiled happily, feeling like she was winning the deal already. "Why won't I?, I am her mother" Cecilia said and Goerge smiled and looked at her curiously waiting for her to mention their daughter's name.

A sudden answer from Cecilia made Rose surprised that she blurted out, “what?” Cecilia clasped her trembling hands together close to her chest. She closed her eyes and said it louder. “Yes, I am a Noble!” “...” Rose did not get to say anything from her shock even though this was what she wanted. Cecilia became droopy. She bent over and placed her forehead over her knees, her short hair covering her face. She hugged thighs and spoke with a very soft voice. “You can tell the others if you want. It doesn’t matter anymore.”

Sean asked as Cecilia sat up. "Yes." Cecilia nodded. "Why?" Sean was somewhat surprised. "Because she's truly outstanding. She's not just a goddess for you guys, she's also an idol that women like us admire a lot. She's so stunning and marvelous, and every side of her is impeccable." "That may not necessarily be true. At least, I definitely don't think she's as gentle as you," Sean commented. Cecilia's cheeks turned slightly red. She said, "Sean, what are you saying? Maybe she's gentle when she's with someone she likes."

However, the ringing started to annoy me when the interval between the stopping and ringing is only a matter of seconds. So, I answered the call. They maintained uniform steps as they moved in the direction of Ethan’s car. A car drove past them in a way that the tires squealed loudly on the pavement. Cecilia's wolf grew tense. Either a member of her close family or a person from her university years. The significance of that understanding felt heavy on her chest, creating a wave of discomfort

I do wonder… when Maddox whispers sweet nothings to you, does he call you Rhea, or does he slip and say Cece instead? My head buzzed at her words. Cecilia had hit the mark. When Maddox was lost in passion, he often called me Cece instead of my real name. Even though it crushed me every time, I had long accepted my role as a mere stand-in. Yet I felt an unbearable mix of shame and fury hearing Cecilia say it out loud. I knew she was doing it on purpose, but I still could not control my anger. I snapped back.
