Chapter 4 Of The Pearl Summary Mga Nobela at Kwento

Wary, but unbearably curious, Pearl resolutely followed the pull and let it guide her. Over an hour later, Pearl found herself passing into town's limits. With the realization there was a good chance she was being led somewhere with people, she tested the neverending well of power in her chest, making sure it was fisted tightly, while she weaved in and out of traffic between the tall buildings.

She still had huge gaps in her memories and that bothered her tremendously. Joy and the girls had a marvelous time picking out costumes and jewelry for the night. Joy knew that something was very wrong, but she put it in the back of her mind to try to enjoy the day. She was almost done and ready to go, when Pearl came to the door of the room. She could tell by the look on her face that something was definitely very wrong. Joy's heart sank a little when she saw the way that Pearl was looking at her. She laid her things down and crossed the room to where Pearl was standing. Pearl turned and walked down the hallway a little and Joy followed out of instinct.

She looked up at the sky, noticing the sun had almost disappeared. Slowly, but carefully, she stood, trying as much as possible to not make a noise. But she didn't realize there was a huge rock in front of her, making her stumble and almost losing her footing. The footsteps were getting closer. Heart pounding in her chest, Pearl crouched low and grabbed the rock with both hands. Her fingers trembled, slick with sweat. And with a silent prayer, she hurled it as far as she could in the opposite direction, praying they'd chase the noise, and not her.

Still, I forced my brain to remember this man. I shook Pearl with love and awoke her. She got and I gave her fourth part of the pill as she is a child. I don't know we will get food or not, but I have to give her medicine. She slept again on my lap. The days are passing, we got food in our room. Pearl is little, she couldn't understand our situation so sometimes she went outside the room and came back, nobody hurts her but sometimes she afraid of seeing the guns in the hands of the guards. But now, it all became usual.
