As if things weren't worse enough, my stupid pen chose that silent moment to fall to the ground. The sound echoed so loud in the quiet classroom forcing everyone's attention to me. My whole body stiffened. The hair on my neck became suddenly hyper aware of a ‘particular’ person's stare. “I’d love to have an extra pen if you don't need that one any longer.” Kyle muttered quietly and made to pick my pen up but I beat him to it. “Screw you.” I hissed with a glare as Kyle grinned, before returning his attention back to his work.

Cyrene heeded her parents’ advice, and she had been paying good attention in the class. However, after her classmate woke up from his nap, the boy became a little unruly. He started toying with his pencil box. When he got tired of the pencil box, he began to use his pen to scribble on the book.
