Bookworm Little.

Bookworm Little.

I didn’t make it far, just up to an abandoned park, it’s where my car died, it wouldn’t start anymore but it was okay, that’s as far as I’m going from here. Lulu, my stuffed grey wolf with purple eyes was my one and only loyal friend, she was with me when I spent the six dollars, when I was too hungry and was ready to beg for food. She was also hidden in my backpack when I applied for the job in the local library, I always had a weak spot for the books and stories, when they took me I couldn’t be happier.

Strawberry's Coffee Shop: The Tales Of Adventure

Strawberry's Coffee Shop: The Tales Of Adventure

dy bear with his sad cute eyes. “Miss. . . Scarlett?” he says and I awed. “What is it little guy?” I said as I squat on the floor so his neck won’t hurt talking to me and tapped his head. “What happened to Grandpa Martes? Why did he die? Doesn’t he want to love Grandma Fuchsia anymore? Wasn’t I a good boy that he doesn’t want to see anymore? He told me that he will be waiting for me when I grow up because you know the coffee shop was only for grown ups.” With his sad voice he said while sniffing and scratching his head. I sighed deeply to try not to cry hearing Grandpa’s name. “No, little guy. He wasn’t able to survive over his heart attack. But don’t worry, we still have a lot of Grandpa i

TAMING THE BILLIONAIRE DAD

TAMING THE BILLIONAIRE DAD

The bookshelf was just as tall as Andrew so he could easily access the books there. The bookshelf had all sorts of books, ranging from fictional novels to nonfictional novels, to educational novels and textbooks. Her eyes caught titles like; The Redwall series by Brian Jacques, Caddie Woodlawn by Carol Ryrie Brink, The House on Mango Street by Sandra Cisneros and a lot more. Even the Encyclopedia was in his bookshelf. And there was also some novels on the basis of business and finance. The book the lad was currently reading was The Absolutely True Diary of a Part-Time Indian by Sherman Alexie.

Cursed by the Gods: Cleopoda CBTG Book 1

Cursed by the Gods: Cleopoda CBTG Book 1

Twice Cleopoda had wiped at the blood that dripped from her nose to the brown pages of the old book in front of her. She was grateful Garius wasn’t looking, sometimes the old man would be busy looking through the old books to care whether she read or not. But she read, she read because Garius asked her questions at the end of every session and he hit her cruelly and with frustration whenever she failed to answer correctly. It wasn’t easy to read the almost faded symbols and scripts from the old brown books, mouth the words which meaning she didn’t know and at the same time try to halt the voices in her head, they were so loud sometimes, they made her head ache and caused her nose to bleed bu

he said. Inside were pages full of pencil sketches and short, clumsy sentences—none of them professionally done, all of them exactly him. There was a crooked family on the first page with two parents and a rescue dog named Bix. The second page had a sketch that looked suspiciously like our penthouse couch, with the caption: Where Tuesdays live. The book was a hand-made children’s story: The Little House That Held Tuesdays. Each page held a tiny adventure—the first puddle jump, the first burned pancake, the time a kite escaped and came back with a ribbon.

The Tyrant alpha

The Tyrant alpha

For a second, I’m tempted, but then another wave of heat erupts in my chest, and I lose my nerve. “Tell me about the other books,” I say instead. “The other books?” I nod. And as I tuck my knees to my chest and wind my free arm around my knees, breathing through the stuffiness that’s getting more unbearable by the minute, I listen to the most garbled plot summaries I’ve ever heard in my entire life. “Okay. See, there’s this one with a man and his nephew. And they journey to the center of the earth. And there are dinosaurs. And a tornado? Shit—” The brow furrows again. “It might have been a tsunami. Something like that.”

Because inside— God. Wasn't just her sketchbook. Fair. There were dozens of things. Reasonable honestly. Dozens. God. Hair clips. Fair. Toys. Reasonable. Books. God. Shells. Fair. Spoons. Reasonable honestly. An entire collection. God. Peanut's Collection. Fair. Version 2. Reasonable. The upgraded edition. God. Then Lily spotted her sketchbook. Fair. Perfectly safe. Reasonable. Completely untouched.

10 chapters in and I hope it’s second chance book. I love a good “leaving my shitty husband for a better man” plot but sometimes I love a good “I need to get my wife back” plot as well. Sometimes I want to read about how a relationship was pulled back from the brink and I feel this is goi to be it.

Frequently Asked Questions

Fanfiction for 'Cuphead' is such a wild ride because the game’s aesthetic and characters already feel like they’ve leaped straight out of a 1930s cartoon. If you’re hunting for the best stuff, Archive of Our Own (AO3) is my go-to. The tagging system there is a lifesaver—you can filter for fics that focus on Cuphead and Mugman’s brotherly dynamic, or dive into darker AUs where the Devil’s deals go even worse. I stumbled on this one fic called 'Ink and Irony' that reimagines the brothers as washed-up vaudeville performers trying to claw their way back. The prose actually mimics that old-timey dialogue, and it’s chef’s kiss.

For shorter, punchier stories, Tumblr has hidden gems if you dig past the art reblogs. Some writers there experiment with the game’s surreal humor—like a crackfic where Elder Kettle runs a chaotic therapy group for defeated bosses. Wattpad skews younger, but there’s a surprisingly tender genfic about Mugman collecting bottle caps that made me tear up. Pro tip: check Reddit’s r/Cuphead for niche recommendations—that’s where I found a noir-style fic starring King Dice as a sleazy nightclub owner.
