Delta In Wolf Pack Novels & Stories

My hand clenched the shovel handle crushing it in my grasp without a thought to the splinters. "No more wolves will die,” I swore. Tossing the broken shovel aside, I went back to the cabin and sat at my laptop, making the call to Silvercloud. My delta was quick to answer my video call. “Yes, Alpha?" he greeted as his face came onto the screen. He was young, only seventeen. Some of the older pack members were not pleased when I selected him to be my delta after his first shift. But fuck them. Silvercloud is an impressive wolf, no matter his age.

Tristen defends. “That guy has a wolf, what are you 20?” Jay asks the other Delta. “He is 21,” Alpha Slate answers. “And he will be reprimanded.” The other Delta looks worried. “I apologize, Alpha. I thought it would be good for our pack,” the Delta stutters. “Hurting a kid is nothing to proud of.” The brother tells him. “You learn that in your lectures. What is her name?” “The wolf is Shelby; the Alpha is Bella. It’s six one way, half dozen the other, on which one is crazier,” Jay tells him.

I ask him. "I’ll probably be worse at first. Dad’s had years to get used to being away from Mom while they go back and forth between the packs.” “I don’t think he’s adjusted during that time,” I say, hearing Luna Yara’s wolf purring loudly as we pass. Neither of them seem to care that they’re in the middle of an unfamiliar pack. Arric, Alpha Warren’s wolf, continues to growl possessively as Warren dominates his mate's mouth. Yorick pulls me to a stop, turning me to look at him.

However, despite her best efforts to remain calm, the Delta still noticed her distress somehow and glanced briefly at the Gamma before shaking her head and writing something on the notepad. What the heck was happening right now? "As I was saying, all that must've been frustrating to endure, especially when considering how progressive this pack seems when compared to other packs." The Gamma remarked, gesturing at the Delta. "You'd think a pack that has a female Delta would be more open to accepting a wolfless Omega, right?" The disdain in the Gamma's voice was unmistakable to Daciana and honestly disappointed her. But at the same time, she wasn't surprised.

’ His mind screamed and then he recognised her, ‘Fuck it’s the Snow Wolf Luna. He thought, blinking in shock at her as all the Shifters who worked in the human city had been briefed about keeping their eyes open for this beautiful young woman. ‘How the hell had these two predators got their hands on her?’ He was near their Penthouse and he knew he would have to do something because if the Alpha found out he had allowed these two to take her he would rip his throat out. Clearing his mind he mind-linked the Alpha of his Pack, ‘Derren, has that Snow Wolf Alpha been in touch again?’

"It is time to announce the new Luna of Silverpine pack and my chosen mate." 'He is ours!' Nova growled. I hated that she was right but we were not in the old days, politics and hierarchy played a part now. 'Calm down,' I soothed but I felt pensive. Something was about to go very wrong. A tall, gorgeous redhead stepped delicately onto the dais. Rielle Archer, a second rank wolf and the granddaughter of one of the Zeta elders. My heart beat in tandem to the soft clicking of her red-bottom stiletto heels.

If I was going to learn about the world I was in, I needed to ask questions. “I will tell you, but it is not something openly talked about in the packs.” She begins. “So basically, not everyone who is in the pack has access to a wolf like you and Luka do. In the past everyone who has wolf shifter DNA had a wolf. But in the past 25 years. Less have actual wolves, just heighten abilities. “What does that even mean?” I asked confused. “No one really knows. Omegas were the first ones to lose access to wolves. There hasn’t been omega with a wolf in 20 years I think. But ones who had wolves at first started losing them 15 years ago.” Alex explained.

He ordered the wolves who were standing outside and they hurried into the room without hesitation - Delta wolves. They are the Shadow Enforcers, also called the Keepers. The Blood Crescent pack's Delta wolves are the most vicious wolves to ever exist. They are very strong, assertive, and highly skilled in combat and intimidation. They enforce the Alpha's rules and decisions without giving it a second thought. The leader of the Shadow Enforcers, Gwyneth, stepped forward, standing tall and proud, she possessed a lithe yet muscular build. She bowed before the Alpha. She had been leading the Shadow Enforcers for so many years now. Adorned in dark, sleek armor that hugged her figure, Gwyneth bore

“You fucken’ pack wolves think yer sooooo speshul. Yah ain’t. Yah ain’t no better than the rest o' us. I’ve seen tings. The tings yer Alpha do. That lil twerp...he dumps his-” The Delta kicks the rogue so hard that I can hear his liver rupture. “Kill him,” the Delta says. “Take Beta Tyler up to the pack house. He deserves a proper burial, and you-” he turns to Amalie -“I’m sorry for suspecting you,” his voice is suddenly contrite and apologetic. “I should have known…a spirit wolf can’t do this kind of damage.” He’s right. She can do so much worse if she puts her mind to it. “What else?” I peer at the Delta. “Do you feel no need to apologise for attacking your future Luna?”

Like his hands, his fingers twitched uncontrollably, as if he were interrupting an attempt at gesturing. “I heard,” Reed corrected him. “And if it really was a wolf, and not the frightened imagination of the girl, then the wolf passed by and did not leave a single trace. By the way, about this... “Reed, we’re ready,” Derek appeared from around the corner of the building, carrying a bag of rations that they took with them for duty around the territory.
