AGAIN... I was running late for my class. As I walked through the corridors with books in my hand I silently prayed hoping Danika Williams and her minions were not around, even if they were, hopefully Nathaniel Lachlan was around. He was the most feared guy in our city. He was the quarterback in football and also a genius in each and every aspect. I knew and liked him since kindergarten. He was a very friendly kid back then but after his parents died in an accident he has been aloof. He lived with his grandfather, Joseph Lachlan who was one of the richest men listed by Forbes.

Nathan: “You’re serious?” “Unfortunately” Carter said, handing me the papers “Donatello has requested that he withdraws his whole shares from the companies, and though it states in the contract that he can’t unless he pays a certain amount; he is more than willing to pay for it”

I said and yanked my phone out of his hand. The moment I got outside and out of prying eyes, I looked down at my phone, his number was boldly written across the screen while his name was in tiny letters under it. I couldn't help but squeal in happiness, on the inside though, can't have them thinking anything of it. Blake's POV

“I’m not asking, Dad.” I looked at Liam. His hands were shaking but he held eye contact with Desmond. He was determined and I had told him if he wasn’t willing to step up with the consequences, that he should wait. “What do you mean you’re not asking. I’m your father. Who do you think will be paying for…” “I got a four year scholarship through the Guild. They found my dissertation on the benefits and capabilities of ley lines to be worth covering my tuition. They offered me a full ride and the option for a Masters.”

I don’t see Brent or Lance, and I give Kaden a look asking where they are. “Lance’s mom called. She needs his help with his dad. I am sure that man is up to something or trying to play mister fix it and broke it even worse. Brent had to fly to Miami for a last-minute meeting with our partners there. He will be back on Monday.” Kaden explained.

"Uhm, can I have your ticket?" Kane raised a brow, amusement flickering in his blue eyes. "Ticket?" he repeated, his voice deep, teasing. The redhead—Mona, according to her name tag—bit down on her plump lower lip, her gaze darting everywhere except at him. "Sorry, it's just... you look familiar." That made him chuckle. Oh, really? He tilted his head slightly, his gaze flickering to the large poster plastered beside her booth—a giant picture of himself, fists raised, the underground champion.

Letting out a slow breath I close the laptop and lean back in my chai “ now it’s just a waiting game to see what she says” “ Boss, do you think she’ll betray you?” Creed's question had only crossed my mind about a billion times. In all reality she could be playing us and really be acting like a double agent for them. Damn it!! If only I got up I could of made sure she was followed

His hand rested lightly on the curve of my waist, grounding and maddening all at once. “I see that our Luna has been training you.” Nolan said, choosing to direct his question to the children who are watching excitedly. “And I can tell if this is how your training is starting, then I'm going to have a stronger league on my line, aren't I?” I tilted my face up, ready to ask what the hell he was doing. I wanted to ask what he was doing, but the smile that was on his face was one that I never saw. Even the children were happy to see him like this.

He stands to his feet and lets his gaze travel from one end of the table to the other. “I am Alpha Shane of the Dark Moon pack. I went back to where I was brought into the world and took back what was mine. I am the only legitimate heir and it is my birthright to be Alpha of my father’s pack. I’ve broken no laws, I challenged him, and won,” he said.

When Don saw Phelan, his eyes burned with hate. He bellowed—a sound that was somewhere between a yell, a moo, and a really loud belch. “Hey, Phelan,” She then shouted back. “Didn't I kill you already?” He pounded his fist into the dress she wore, and it crumpled like aluminum foil. A few dracaenae threw flaming javelins at her. She knocked them aside. A hellhound lunged, and she sidestepped. She could have stabbed it, but She hesitated. “This is not Mrs. O'Leary”, Don said to himself. This is an untamed wolf. It will kill me and all my friends.
