Only a few Moroi learned to fight alongside their protectors, the guardians: the dhampirs. Dhampirs were born and bred to protect the Moroi. They were the fighters with strength above a human's. There were schools across the world created to teach Moroi and dhampirs. Dhampirs sometimes had another function and that was to be a blood whore. They were those who became addicted to the bite of a vampire. The dhampirs had two respected roles. Role number one: keep the dhampir population going.
