Does Period Blood Attract Sharks Novels & Stories

"There are slimy things and riptides and sharks in the ocean, Dr Ambrose. Did you know one of the girls was attacked last year? A bull shark bit half her arm off." "I heard." The girl in question is one of my other patients, but I don't mention that, obviously. "So you swim in a pool. Tell me what you like about it." The clock ticks on the bookcase, counting down our seconds together, and I wish I could stride over there and pinch the second hand. Hold it in place. My time with Gardenia always drains away too fast, and then I'm left with another cold, bleak week without her, obsessing over all the things she didn't say.

She had taken him to the deep but thin ribbon of water beneath the ground that fed the lake Tensel’s compound bordered. She turned to swim back toward the main artery underground. As she turned, Damonq suddenly caught her by the arm and thrust her behind him. To her horror, a shark, mouth open wide, snapped at him, catching his upper arm, spinning around and streaking through the water with him. At once blood turned the murky water red, so Elina, rushing after them, swam through a red tunnel. She didn't dare end the dream with one of Darkness’s creatures holding on to him.

What was she doing before she saw Ares? “I am sorry to interrupt your gathering.” The shark bowed his head at Helena. “Oh, it’s no trouble.” She blushed, there was an attraction there. I could see her scales shaking in excitement. The shark seemed to notice it too, as he closed in on her. Next thing I know they were biting one another, leaving their marks on each other's skin, before the shark took her under water. Ares laughed so hard at the strange encounter. Little soft spoken Helena is mated to an intimidatingly large shark. Sharks don’t usually mate, they are meant to stay focused on their duties, but every now and again a Shark will get lucky enough to find a mate.

John was dead. Sean and his men had been searching for a week, but there was no sign of John anywhere. The area where John fell into was known to be inhabited by sharks. According to the search team, the blood from his wound might have drawn the sharks to him, thus making him easy prey. He might have been eaten by the sharks, which was why they could not find traces of his body anywhere. Shannon knew the reality very well. Her baby, John, was gone.

But the water gave nothing. A shadow passed beneath me, large and slow. My body tensed, eyes narrowing. A shark. Long and gray, circling with curiosity. “Not now,” I hissed, baring teeth. It circled again, drawn by the scent of blood still diffused in the water. My claws itched to spring forth, but I forced them back. I had no time for beasts. Not while she was out there. Still, it came closer. I shot down, faster than it expected, and slammed my fist against its snout. It shuddered, twisting away with a flick of its tail, disappearing into the blue.

They have probably already moved her by now. We come to another door, and it reeks of Amara. I instantly rip it open and jump in. Adonis and I both let out a snarl when we find it empty. I turn and see a huge pool of blood on the wall next to the door, a bunch of shattered ceramic under it. That would be why this room reeks of her, and now they would know she was pregnant. It would have been foul tasting if they tried to drink her blood. Pregnancy hormones turn blood rancid tasting to vampires. It's the fetus's way of protecting its mother against an attack.

And then I do see one, a little ways out from our designated swimming area, then a couple more following. Gasping, I cling back onto Maddox’s arm as he begins pulling me in with him towards the water. “Wait!” I clamp down on his arm tightly, then point out to the water with my one free hand. “Do you see those, over there,” I point to the group of fins swimming hungrily in the water, just waiting for some fresh blood to enter, “th-there is so sharks! A whole group of them for that matter!”

Suddenly, something beneath the water pulled me down, causing me to cry out in pain as my blood mingled with the seawater. Beneath me, the same shark that had bitten my leg lurked. It swam closer, ready to attack, but I managed to evade it. Desperately, I swam behind the shark, attempting to climb onto its back. I grasped the shark's fin and froze its body with my hand on its forehead. I smiled, thinking I had won. However, I was running out of breath, having been in the water for nearly five minutes, and I started to suffocate. As I struggled to swim upward, I felt a powerful force dragging my hands downward, pulling me deeper into the water.

The flesh mixed with blood fell to the sea surface like a rainstorm in mid-air. But there was still no sound. Such a strong smell of blood did not make the sharks in the sea go crazy. They formed a circle, linked together, continuously swimming about. It was as if the sharks were targeting Caspian alone! At this moment, the surface of the sea suddenly trembled. In an instant, the seawater was like a gushing spring, rising straight up. At this moment, the sharks seemed to have gone mad, swimming wildly in the sea. In the blink of an eye, the seawater and sharks were less than two meters away from Caspian's feet.

“ There's black sand man! It's as if it's pouring out of the land… And it's moving around in an arc or something. “ Mr. Matthew sighed and cut off the phone, his face remaining expressionless. He puts his feet on the desk and used a hanky to clean the sunglasses on his face. The search party watched the eerie phenomenon happening right in front of them in the dawn of morning. Fishes in the river either ran mad or fade into nothingness. Dark Matter made them go on a rampage, attacking even their predators. A particular tuna with black shot eyes furiously approached a great white shark. The predator, not having the time to wonder what the heck is wrong with it, attacked with the same ferocity,
