Her hands were clenched at her sides, her dark red nails trembling faintly as she fought to contain her anger. Opposite her, Dragon leaned casually against an antique wooden desk, his cold gray eyes gleaming with cunning. He wore a black shirt with the top buttons undone, revealing a glimpse of his tattooed chest, and dark trousers complemented by a leather belt with a gleaming silver buckle. His silver watch caught the faint light, and his tousled black hair gave him an air of unrestrained danger. "Enough, Dragon!" Jenny exclaimed, her voice choked as her luminous eyes radiated fury. "Can't you stop your ridiculous games for just one moment?!"

He has suffered enough. Five dragons. The sight amazes me. Two red, two blue, and Tahr's silver. Ashrac is not with them and I feel bad that I cannot ask him to forgive me too. He'd be a teenager now and an even bigger handful for his parents. A smile curves my lips before it drifts away.

The scorching heat of a dragon seared right through my thin clothes, making my chest tremble. "Mate..." A dark fire ignited deep in his gold eyes. His burning lips reverently kissed my forehead, my nose, and finally, the corner of my mouth. "My Elara... My only one..." Every word he breathed was laced with a desperately restrained, almost feral tremor, like he was reciting the most sacred prayer. Caught in this aggressively possessessive yet intensely gentle embrace, I parted my lips and responded softly: "I'm here."

He could guess based on their expressions that this floating island isn’t just a simple island. Fedrich didn’t have a plan to hide it either as he nodded. “Yes.” he answered. “That floating island… is housing a dragon.” He told them. “The last dragon of the monsters’ race.” He added. As expected, another silence fell. “This dragon… is very strong?” Hierro asked. He has heard of dragons from his world and dragons are terrifying creatures, but only in fantasy stories. Now that there is a dragon in this world that they are currently in, he feels curious to see a real one.
