Dane let out a pained yelp but quickly regained his footing and countered with a brutal kick to Dash’s ribs. “Mia, I really think it’s time we get out of here,” Kendra suggested again. “I won’t leave Dane.” I retorted. “He’s the Alpha. Dash is no match for him,” she replied. I stood my ground watching the two battling it out inches away. As the fight wore on, the shack became filled with the scent of sweat, blood, and fur.
