It’s Tuesday and Amber, is very excited about seeing Grant again. He will pick her up from work at 11am and take her around his family’s research facility. They’ve made some very interesting discoveries over the last few years. To help not just the visually impaired, but other disabled people with a number of impairments. Not long ago they made a watch that will monitor your heart rate and alert you if it starts to fluctuate too much. It can also send the info to their doctor, so they are kept up to date with any problems they might be having.

she elaborated. Navigating the intricacies of Babel, the nurse introduced me to the advanced functionalities of the device on my wrist. It resembled a watch, an inseparable companion much like smartphones were to us in our own world. Equipped with artificial intelligence, it was designed to assist in daily life and facilitate learning about this new environment.

He tried again, but the line was dead. The man narrowed his eyes and opened a tracking app on his phone. Checking the smartwatch's location, he noticed something odd. Had someone stolen it? The smartwatch, a gift he had given to Mason, appeared ordinary on the surface. But it contained state-of-the-art technology that allowed for location tracking—even if it was powered off. Closing the app, he sent Mason a text message but received no response. While he wasn't initially concerned, by the time he checked into his hotel and still hadn't heard back, his intuition told him something was wrong.

They were the favorite feature on my body. “I’ll take that as a good sign,” I said with a nervous chuckle. “You should. Now, you’re just missing one thing.” He opened up a case, revealing a smart watch. It wasn’t anything that would make a huge statement, but it was beautiful in its simplicity. There were simple etched designs along the metal band.

Somia took one and gave the case to Semirat, two of them put it in their eyes and using their phone to look at it maybe it fit them. “Good!” The guy said as he was pressing the screen of the smart wristwatch in his hand and watching Semirat and Somia inside it like he was watching movie. “It’s from this smart watch I will be watching you and able to know if anything want to happen, because I won’t want people to know that I am your bodyguard. So you are cool now” Somia and Semirat looked at him. “Oh! So you will be watching us as along as the eye contact is in our eye” Somia said.

“No way, man! All those big, dumb warriors think the cake explosion was just a silly birthday prank from the guests.” Kairo falls completely silent for a few intense seconds, his young brain calculating the danger before his boots slide off the sofa toward the restroom. Once his small body is inside the stone washroom, his hand locks the door bolt tight and he quickly whips out his high-tech, customized smartwatch—a device that looks like any common kid's toy but is packed with powerful cyber hacking features.

In that instant, I could see the judges leaning in, intrigued. “When our second year began, Bella got diagnosed with chronic gastroenteritis. It was a tough time, and she had to undergo severe surgery. The once sunny Bella could barely manage to smile anymore. I remember sitting by her hospital bed, holding her frail hand, wondering how different things might have turned out if only she had been diagnosed sooner.” I clicked through to my project slide, showcasing an image of the sleek watch prototype I had designed. “That was the inspiration behind the Health Watch—a smart device that monitors your vital signs and organs. It alerts you to any potential health issues before they escalate.”

“I forgive you.” Tracey was relieved. “You’re the best, Spike. Love you.” She gestured a heart shape. Spike typed, “Goodnight.” “Alright. Goodnight.” Struck by a thought, Tracey slapped her forehead. “Oh, that reminds me. You can add my number, so you can text me if you need anything.” Spike added Tracey’s phone number. Tracey looked at Spike’s smartwatch, which had more functions than a regular smart watch. “You have a cool watch. What’s the brand?”

“Sorry, Baby. I know this is just an eighteen-karat gold tiara. It’s the only one that could fit your head, but Grandma promises to buy you a pure twenty-four karat on your next birthday.” “It’s a beautiful crown, Grandma!” Eden exclaimed. Elise: “...” Belen: “...” Victor: “...” And to Elliott, Gabrielle gave him his very first smartwatch! “Woah!” Elliott opened the box and said, “This is a Garmin Bounce. I read about this on the way here. Each watch costs thirteen thousand dollars!” “Oh, no,” Gabrielle laughed. “You’re exaggerating, little man. It’s only twelve thousand nine hundred dollars! Big difference.”

I also waved back at my two sons. After Evan left with the children, I heaved a sigh of relief and quickly took out my phone. It was a children’s Smart Watch, the kind worn on the wrist. The screen was small and had a GPS function. It could also be used to make calls. I pressed the call function and thought for a moment before calling Kester. Beep, beep, beep! The call went through quickly! Kester quickly answered the call. “Hello.” “Hello Kester, it’s me”
