Catherine smiled slightly. “Only souls…can go to the u-underworld after they die, and I-I don’t have…one.” This time, she closed her eyes and it never opened again. Kaiden gasped from his hidden spot and turned sharply to run away but Edward raised his hand and pulled him directly to himself and he slit Kaiden’s throat with his claws. Looking into his elder brother’s shocked eyes, Edward said, “no more mercy this time,” and threw Kaiden’s body away before he gave up the ghost.

I heard screaming for so long, keeping me awake for a while before I gave up. I tried to drown out the sound. A sigh leaves my lips as I get out of bed and open my door, going down the hall to Death's room and opening the door before sliding in and closing it quietly. I quietly crawled into the bed beside him and surprisingly. Death, the God of the Underworld, cuddled with me. Yup, you heard me right, he is cuddling with me. A small smile grazes my lips as I close my eyes letting him pull me into him and soon fall asleep.

Edward said. Everything I had given them was worth millions. Once they sold it all, they would have more than enough to pay off their debts, but they would never again live the kind of carefree life where money was not a concern. Knowing a gambler, though, I figured it was nearly impossible for them to change. Gambling was one of those things that he or she could never stop once they started, and I would like to see if they could truly quit after this. What I did not expect was for my actions to push Edward to the brink of death.

“That was quite a discovery.” “But why so many?” I looked around the arena filled with the undead. They seemed quite bored. “What are you planning to do with them?” “Oh, you know, they make very good dancers. Very synchronised. Although, to be honest with you, raising the dead is a teeny-weeny habit-forming.” “You’re addicted?” “No, no, nothing like that. I could give it up anytime I wanted. But, you bring back one member of a family, and you want the whole set.”

She still had lots of things she had not done yet. "Why? Why did you die?" She questioned herself as her eyes misted. She could not believe she had died and not long ago, she was celebrating her victory for escaping death meanwhile she was already dead. Her beloved fans would be really sad, top star May Edwards was already dead. "Why?" She bawled out. "Lady Audree, what is wrong with you? Please, don't cry." The young lady tried to console her although she had no idea why she suddenly started crying.

I heard the clicking of camera shutters, but no one called the ambulance. My blood drained dry. My body became cold. Finally, Yvette Skye was no more. I died all alone at the corner of the street. No one cared. My corpse was not a pretty sight. My eyes were wide, unseeing, and there was a large hole in my stomach. My legs were twisted together. One of my arms was flung by the side of the road. My legs were useless now. I was ugly. No wonder the little girl cried. Floating in the air, I stared at my mutilated corpse.

“What the hell is this place?” Before he could answer, we were interrupted by a loud static from an overhead speaker. “Welcome to THE Survival Game!” a distorted voice announced. “Congratulations, you are all dead! But because hell is currently in recycle mode due to the greenhouse effect, you’re being sent to dead worlds as entertainment!” I blinked. “I’m sorry, what?” The voice kept going: “Please provide the fanciest death you can. Or fanciest kills if you have what it takes to be a predator. The audience loves those.”

Something that has a connection with the underworld. "Is he dead?" "Yeah, but don't worry you can buy another-" Buy another? How funny

After all, he was already dead. “Well, getting a paycheck sounds realistic to me. And besides, if any of this is real, which I'm willing to believe it is, I haven't played video games for nothing, have I? I never imagined having no motivation would work out this way, I think being dead is more fun than being alive.” “I am glad you find being dead enjoyable, but I need to inform you that you need to throw away anything you believe to be true and be prepared to witness the truth of the universe. Mr. Akira, please be ready. The system is computing…

, Zoey asked hesitantly. “Zoey, you’re mother didn’t die of a natural death, she was killed, by ugly….monsters….whose senses are ten times more heightened than ours.”, Edward stated as he walked up to a chalkboard and pulled off a cloth that was covering it, revealing pictures of people with blood on their mouth and meat pieces in their hands. “Eddie, this is not something to joke about, if you brought me hear to listen to your jokes, you’re being selfish right now.”, Zoey stated as she stood up.
