MY FIRST LOVE

MY FIRST LOVE

“Try me. I know exactly what this coin unlocks—and if you don’t believe me, you can kill me right here.” The tension reached a boiling point. Derrick lowered his gun slightly, suspicion and interest warring on his face. “You’re either very brave or very stupid, David.” Lillian held her breath, everything hinging on this moment. And then, in the blink of an eye, **David acted**. He lunged forward, knocking the box from Alistair’s hand and sending it tumbling to the ground. The sudden movement sent shockwaves through the clearing. Derrick fired a shot, but David rolled to the side, dodging it as the bullet hit the ground beside him.

The billionaire who couldn't steal my heart

The billionaire who couldn't steal my heart

I replay it in my head, searching my memory for any association—business, enemies, lawyers, distant relatives but come up empty. Unless my mother has finally lost her patience and decided to send a hired killer to finish me off, who knows what Victoria’s silence could mean but I doubt anyone named Alec is here to shoot me in cold blood. Still, with my family, anything is possible. “Send him up, David,” I reply after a beat. “Thank you.” The line disconnects.

CHEATERS NOT SINNERS. (MxM)

Chapter: 28. ****** Once all the formalities had been completed and the police had finished their inquiries. Dr. Shepard sat slumped in his chair. He was beyond exhausted, the surgery was a success. But that was far from his worries at the moment. He still couldn't get himself to understand the reason why such a promising young man would take such a drastic decision, in just a blink of an eye. Shepard rubbed at his temple, his brain was harming in his head. Remembering the letters David threw in his hands. He searched for them until he found where he stacked them in. He brought them out and dropped them on his table while looking through each of them. They seem to be addressed to different p

this is one of yet another great story but the demise of the characters is heartbreaking.. despite it having a tragic end..it also has moral lesson that we should use the time we have with our loved ones the best way we can.. I recommend it highly ( if you don't mind the tragic ending)

This was one sad story I don't think I will be getting over this one in a while. I sat for a moment after reading it just brooding on the character's death but otherwise this was one brilliant story and I enjoyed ever moment of it. Totally recommend it if you can handle the sad ending.

I binged this story in a couple of days, still hooked! Yes there are some grammatical errors but the plot shines through.. still a few unanswered questions, hoping they’re addressed in the next chapters

The Dark Side Of Fate

The Dark Side Of Fate

"Dear Jenny, I am pained to my soul that Maurice would do such a thing to me. Kindly let me know if there is a way to overturn this injustice. That seat is rightfully mine, and I want Dominic to sit on it as head of the council. Please, I need your help. You know everything, and you know that bitch Alissa and everything she did to me. Please help me overturn this cruelty. Yours Stephanie Balyaev Volkov" It read, and I went through Jenny's scribbles. Studying the scribbles, she was tracing David. I wondered what she was tracing him for. Was it to do my father's bidding or my mother's bidding? According to the scribbles, David had moved from Grizlo to Haddad, then he moved to Lucland and went

Dear readers the currency in this book (Lakhs) has no real life value and it is not the same with the currency spent in the real world with the same spelling. Please refrain from conversions. Also all names, places objects and situations are fictitious and are a figment of my imagination. Thank you.

WhiteLotus, What are you talking about?money has nothing to do with the heart of this book! So many things I could say to you. But, I respect Ms. Karima & her amazing gift to much to say! This is a real BOOK with a real plot. It's not like books just dragging on for money. Stop hating and move on!!

It Ends With Us

It Ends With Us

“Convenient timing for a moral epiphany.” Damien glanced at the rearview mirror. “Leon was never the endgame. He’s a puppet. The real architect, the one who started Project Cumulus, the one who’s been manipulating all of us, is someone far worse.” Ryle, seated in the passenger seat, turned slightly. “Who?” Damien hesitated, then said, “Ever heard of Crescent Protocol?” Lily stiffened. The name rang a distant bell, something from the files they’d recovered weeks ago. Redacted lines, shadow budgets, files that didn’t belong anywhere.

Dominic responded. Benedict studied him. “I know you do. But we know what almost happened last time” Dominic slid the file back into the drawer in his table and locked it. “Keep watching her. Quietly. If she’s not their tool, we will know. If she is…” His jaw tightened. “Then we play the game that they are playing.” ----- Genevieve arrived home. She found Delilah in the sitting room, her tablet in her hand, her posture composed as always.
