As said in Ephesians 6:12, "For we are not struggling against human beings, but against the rulers, authorities and cosmic powers governing this darkness, against the spiritual forces of evil in the heavenly realm." Now once you have come into that realization, then you have to find wisdom through fellowship with God. It's really important for us to stay closely connected to our Father, since the wisdom and understanding that comes from our fellowship with Him will provide courage to face all spiritual struggles and will empower us to know what is genuine or delusional. As said in Proverbs 9:10, "The fear of ADONAI is the beginning of wisdom, and knowledge of holy ones is understanding."
