I asked, not bothering to coat my words in softness. She looked up, startled, blinking at me like a deer caught texting during a board meeting. “What is what?” I narrowed my eyes. “Why are you blushing?” “I’m not blushing.” “Yes, you are.” “No, I’m not.” I leaned back, crossing my arms, thoroughly unconvinced. “Your cheeks are the colour of a ripe tomato.” “That’s rude.” “Rude but accurate.” Before she could concoct some elaborate excuse like blaming the air conditioning or a spicy burrito, there was a knock on the door.

However, she was not just blushing on her face but had red ears, too. The little girl was blushing so much. Did she think he could not see it, or did she consider him easy to fool? Chris curved his lips slightly and went back to work.

After a few moments of silence, Zane glanced at me. “Are you cold?” he asked. “What? Chelsea said, smiling, her eyes beaming with excitement. Blush crept up to my cheeks as I tried to rub the back of my neck, but Chelsea's eyes caught the pink hue on my cheeks. How could I even think that it would miss Chelsea's eyes when she is always alert? “See see..." She squealed, pointing her fingers at me. “Look, you are blushing, sweet," Chelsea said grinning and I frowned instantly, trying to compose my expression. “What makes you think that I am blushing because of that, Chelsea? I won't hesitate to beat you if you keep tugging at my patience" I warned.

I teased. Her face reddened, “Who’s sweet? Stop spouting nonsense.” “Is that a blush?” My eyes widened. I’ve never seen Mika blush and I mean ever. The red spread to the tip of her ears, making her pale skin flush and adorable, “Who’s blushing?” she glared at me, but the combination only made her cuter, “Mika is blushing, the almighty frowning queen Mika can’t handle a compliment. So cute,” I gushed.

He doesn't bother to comb his long hair, always messy, falling at his forehead, which makes his face so cute. "You're staring at me," he smiles teasingly. "I'm not!" I quickly look away, feeling a bit shy. "Since when you're shy, Samlin Greenham?" he lifts himself up by pressuring on his elbow, gazing down at me. "You're literary blushing. You know what happens when you blush? Your cheeks turn red, like spilling color. Just like this," he puts a finger on my left cheek. "I know, shut up!" I giggle, swating his arm.

I ask him with the intention of taking my mind off certain someone who is still so much focused on me. "You really wanna talk to me?" He questioned, surprised. A hint of red crept on his cheeks and it took me almost a minute to figure out that he was actually blushing. "Oh my god! Are you blushing?" I exclaimed in horror and amusement, covering my mouth with both my palms gaping at him. "Shut up." He scolded and turned in his chair to avoid letting me look at his cheeks. He looks adorable when shy. Blake has slightly pale skin that makes it easy for me to figure out when he is blushing and believe me when I say so, I never ever saw him blushing before. Like never!

I touched my face, searching for something I can't see. He started laughing. "What's that for". I asked faking angry. "There is nothing on your face physically, your cheek turns red, you have being blushing hard nowadays". He said, I blushed harder, I looked down in embarrassment. "You don't have to be embarrassed, it is normal for girls to blush when talking to me". He teased. "You are now feeling superior, right". I said rolling my eyes. "Yes I am, I am handsome you know".
