The woman smiled, closed the window, and walked over to her son.
“Nothing, honey… go back to sleep.”
The little girl tilted her head. "Mom opened the window, did Peter Pan come to visit?"
"No ... not yet," Wendy replied as she stroked her daughter's golden hair.
"I'd love to meet him, ma'am."
"Well, you know what to do, don't you?" Wendy held her little hands. "Believe."
"I believe in Peter pan, I believe in fairies, I believe in the ingenuity of The Lost Boys, I believe in Neverland," the little girl muttered as she linked ten fingers.
