Fiction Book To Read Novels & Stories

Avery and Gio were in their bedroom. I made myself a cup of coffee, locking myself inside the library and searching for a book that would satisfy my craving. I came across a novel titled 'The Black Dahlia' by James Ellroy. The title was quite interesting, so I grabbed the book and sat on one of the armchairs, making myself comfortable and beginning to read. The story was intense. I was sucked into it. i was so invested in the crime fiction book that I almost missed the sound of a knock coming from the door. I used my pen to keep track of the page number, before looking up to see who the hell interrupted my moment with the book.

I don't have any pending assignments right now, so I thought I'd read a story on the Good Novel app first. Ever since I couldn't buy physical books anymore, I started reading different stories about fantasy and romance on this app. At least I'm having fun, especially when I'm stressed out over school work and other stuff. I'm reading Miss Thinz's story Her Ruthless Alpha because I love Erdy and Zerra's story. I hope I can find a man like Erdy. They're not just handsome and rich, but they're also really loving and caring. But those kinds of men can only exist in novels.

Who is that annoying person that wants to disturb me right now? I absolutely hate it when I’m reading a novel and someone comes to distract me- like hello- I am busy. If it’s possible I would just hide behind the moon and read as many books as I want without any distractions. I had randomly picked it up at the bookstore and somehow felt myself drawn towards it. Sappy novel with mopey dialogues and dragged out bits, it still provided me with much needed solace.
