“Maybe I’ll take him back down there and….” Whatever else he planned to say, was cut off as Grace went flying at him. She’s fast and her punches and kicks are coming at a speed I didn’t know was possible. Her fist connects with Liam’s stomach, and I hear him grunt as he shifts and dodges out of her way. I can see that he’s using every bit of his strength and training to keep from being injured by her onslaught of anger.

She stood up, took her bag, and exited the private room, irritated. Grace, who was left alone, kept her cool after being sprayed with lemonade. She fixed her gaze on the slammed door. "Grace, what are you doing here? Better yet, why are you that?" He waves his hand over her body. Grace snickers. "What, no hug? Haven't you missed me?" Grace saunters over to her former mate, moving her hips from side to side. Her fingers trace Luke's shoulders as her lips come close to his. "Remember our passionate nights? Goddess, your hands, your lips brought me to my knees!" Luke shifts away from Grace, roughly pulling her hands off his shoulder. "Enough. You are not Grace. Now tell me what you want, dehmon."

Her movements were too fast for a werewolf like me. I could only watch in awe as she advanced on the group of warriors lined up in a wolf formation. Grace gave them no pause to fight back. She mercilessly destroyed the werewolves who fell victim to her rage. When the surviving Blood Pack warriors moved back, Grace returned the roots to the ground.
