I asked, pointing at the horror movie. Well, there are five on display here. Two are about romance. One is about comedy, the other is about action, and the last is a horror movie. I knock on her door, “the guys just canceled on me. I’m going to change and watch television if you want to join me. We could rent a movie.” The door opens and Zara peeks out at me. “Can we watch a cartoon movie?” “Uh, yeah, sure. Cartoon movie. Whatever you want.” I give her a cynical grin. I learned my lesson about trying to watch horror movies with her. It took me almost three hours to coax her out of the coat closet. Even the loud sounds of action movies make her jump out of her skin. I’m reduced to comedies, romance, and cartoons, which also seems to be fine with Rocky.
