He swirled the blood in the challis, and handed it to me. With trembling hands I took it, and drank the blood.

The full moon was still mostly the problem for her. “Kile.” Kain’s deep voice sounded in the air as his own hands settled on the door handles, opening it on his side with one hard pull. Duncan stepped aside and bowed his head, meanwhile Jack’s and Denise’s scowl mirrored each other. “Yes, Alpha?” Kile stood behind him. His figure had grown even larger, jaws sharper and his hair now longer than before. As for Kain, once again he was wearing his all black attire.

"Already waiting at the territory border." I packed my things and slipped out the healing center's back door. A truck was parked at the border. Healer Laurent stood beside it. The video began playing, and I gasped, instinctively covering my mouth in horror. Similar to the previous videos, the camera revealed a small room, but this one had a chilling twist. A young boy, Leo, was strapped to a cold, metal table. Three men loomed over him, their expressions devoid of any compassion, while a fourth held something glinting in his hand. It didn't take long for me to realise that it was a small knife. Leo's piercing screams filled the room as the knife was forcefully plunged into his abdomen, his body convulsing in agony. Fur started to sprout along his naked skin, but just as quickly as it appeared, it receded, leaving Leo trembling and gasping for breath.
