“F-forgive me, Alpha. I didn't mean to—” He didn't finish his words. With one powerful blow, the warrior wolf before him knocked him out. I stepped closer, trying to see the face obscured by the long braids. Finally, Alpha Rain turned toward us and pulled all the reddish war braids behind not-so-broad shoulders. I took in the face, and my eyes widened. A bright smile appeared, fully exposing clearly feminine features. “Pleasure to finally meet you, Alpha Dearon,” she said. “I'm Alpha Rain, the future king… or rather Queen of Dagonrel.”

He praised as I pruned hard. My head shook, not believing it, not believing what was happening. I smiled even brighter, how could I not. “ I present to you, her majesty, the Alpha Queen, Queen Raven!” A voice shot through and I turned, staring at Brum as he finished his line with him immediately bending a knee and after him all people all around went down on their knee.
