Third Person The ballroom fell silent as Allie, the young gamma of the Silver Moon Pack, confidently introduced Chassy as their Alpha to Crisford. It was a pivotal moment, and the weight of the silence hung in the air as if time itself had momentarily stilled. Chassy stood tall, her presence commanding and dignified. Her vibrant eyes, flecked with silver, surveyed the room with unwavering determination. The council members present, including some visiting alphas who arrived earlier, seemed taken aback by the audacity of a gamma introducing an alpha, particularly in such a formal setting.

I’m just moving on from Rachel. “So, where were we before your idiot mate interrupted us again?” I asked to change the atmosphere between us. She blinked. I looked away. What a seductress. “Right,” she rested her chin on her palms. “The Alpha Games. The Alphas here are kind of on training for that event. It’s like a survival of the fittest inside an arena. Whoever beats everyone, is the strongest. They’re here because our pack sponsored a training camp for them since Felix was the last champion of that event. It’s actually a great way to strengthen connections too and well, find your…mate.”

Great Hamza was the first Alpha of the Moonstone pack and the history goes way back, as well as for other packs too. There are 52 packs and once every year a carnival is thrown in honor of each pack’s ancient Alpha. It’s the same carnival that moves around each pack in celebration of the Alphas but it’s something wolves always look forward to. The last time someone flashed tickets at me, it didn’t end well. “You should be discussing things with me before going ahead to actually do them.” “It was a surprise.” I raised my brow. “Last time, I promise.” The kitten came up my leg, scratching at the ends of my jeans and I froze but Aurora came in time and swooped her off the floor.

She needed the identity of those Alphas. "You are right. The documents should be in father's study. Let's check them out." As soon as they got to the study, Godiva broke down in tears. She could feel her father's presence heavily because he spent a lot of time there. It wasn't long for Theresa to locate the documents. I moved close to the door, the whispers from Dara and Camilla where audible to me even if I knew they were far away. These Beta perks were cool. “What scout was the Alpha speaking of then? Greta or who?” Camilla asked Dara. I remembered the Alpha of Black Rose calling on a scout, I listened closer.

The man drummed his fingers on the table, intrigued. Alpha Ford let out a low rumble in his chest. “You didn’t tell me she had magic as well.” The mystery man in the expensive suit smiled gleefully, his eyes dancing with mirth. “How was she? Her magic?” Alpha Ford looked at him like he had lost his mind before answering. “It hurt like hell.” I had no idea who they were talking about, but Alpha Ford said “Alphas”, as in plural. That and the fact that I was taken from Setting Sun Pack made it blatantly obvious what two Alphas could be. Chloe doesn’t have magic though.
