She laid on the floor bleeding out as a woman she had never seen before smirked at her. Right after, Jacob walked into the room and heard her heartbeat getting faint. The shower door was coated in scentless wolfsbane. He smiled as he grabbed Savannah and proceeded to fuck her on the bathroom sink as his Goddess given mate could only watch while taking her last breath. Afterwards, Savannah cleaned up all traces of them and made it seem as though Hera’s death just occured. Jacob called the pack warriors and doctors to report the incident. Her form turned faint, then transparent, until she dissolved into a wisp of light that drifted toward the rose bushes. Lorenzo's eyes lit up. "Damn, where'd you learn that trick?"

Dahlia found me at the entrance to the amphitheater, still vibrating with nervous energy, her Ventus Yellow robes fluttering like a panicked bird. "Mira, you're literally the main character of every scandal today." The words came out in a wheeze, Dahlia's hand clutching her chest. "First the silent spell, then the shove heard round the world, and now you're walking around with a glow that definitely wasn't there this morning." "It's not a glow."
