I scanned the books with my eyes and found myself reading the names that were painted on the spines of the books. Glenda Macon, Gregory Marsh, Gwyn Masters… Each book had a name embroidered on the spine. The books were all black, with names in a flat white. Very few books actually looked different from the others. The one named, Glenda Macon, had a rose with thorns dancing along the cover. I even noticed one that was a shade of slate grey.

Ivor reached into his coat pocket and pulled out a thin strip of parchment, covered in strange runes. He struck a match, letting the paper burn until it curled to ash. Then he scooped the ashes into a cup of water and stirred. "Drink this," he said, his voice low but steady. "It's a cleansing potion. No spell, curse, or hex will cling to you once it's in your blood." The moment it slid down my throat, the necklace around my neck loosened with a sharp snap. I gasped and pulled it off easily.

As I scanned through the rows of books, something caught my eye. It was a faint glow hidden behind the books, it looked like a scroll. Curious, I reached in and pulled it out. The moment my fingers touched the scroll, the runes on it began to glow brightly. “What the hell?” Draven muttered, stepping closer

As she’s about to leave the room, someone called. “Hey, I’m leaving the hotel. My car service is waiting,” she talked to the person on the other line. “I can’t wait to see you here. We’ve so much to see and talk about,” Noah said. Cela gave her room one final look. This is the place where she leaves her old self. “We wanted to go to a specific place and it didn’t matter if the road was rough and the journey was long. In the end, we found different places for ourselves but these places were the destinations where we were truly meant to go,” she said to herself. The fourth book begins at chapter 1 in Paris. The End.

"I need a spell to expose something that concealed magically by a glamour" I mused aloud but to our surprise the book seemed to hear me as it moved away slightly from my hands and flipped its pages falling open on a page with some words inked in neat hand writing. "No what?" I asked a shocked Max and Lucinda as the book seemed to nudge me.

Still I could get ahold of myself and continued to comb through each paragraph with hope in my grasp.
