It left me feeling all tingly, like my bones would melt at any second. Parting my lips, I started breathing heavily. Upon hearing the sounds, Wendy suddenly realized what she was doing. "Joey, does this feel good? I'm pretty much helping you relieve yourself right now, aren't I?" Snapping out of it, I quickly made up an excuse. "Even if it looks like it, you're really just helping me get the blood flowing so that it doesn't bruise. If the blood clots up in there, it could get seriously damaged."

Zygo was surprised at what I did, but I didn’t give him a chance to speak. I quickly tied the cloth around his bleeding arm. I felt relief to see that I had stopped the bleeding from his wound. I bit my lower lips; even if it was already destroyed, there’s still a bullet inside his flesh. We need to take immediate action for it to be removed. “You don’t need to worry over that, my wo—” Zygo groaned when I gently pressed his wound, trying to stop his words. I stare at him, making him shut his mouth.

The girl’s eyes flared. Jihoon knew this was an uneven match, but he didn’t have the courage to tell the girl to leave. She grabbed the dokkaebi’s thick thumb and with a quick jerk twisted it off. The beast wailed in pain. His arms loosened, dropping Jihoon. Fear made Jihoon’s muscles weak as he fell to his hands and knees, wheezing to pull in precious air. There’s no blood, Jihoon thought as he dry-heaved. Why is there no blood?

“You think I’m insane? My female is bleeding. The human male is tied up in the living room.” Joy looked up at him and he hated the way she swayed before her lids lowered. He hoped it was her aversion to blood that made her woozy. He adjusted his arm behind her and shoved her fingers out of the way, hating to hurt her as he clamped down hard to apply pressure to the wound. It could be from the trauma of being shot or blood loss but he wasn’t going to take any chances with her life. She dropped her face against his chest and whimpered. He didn’t ease his hold.

Kenji nodded and turned away, in order to do as he was told. While still trying to help her up, Jojo sought for somewhere in his body she could hold on to. The pains exploding through every part of her was becoming almost unbearable, she wasn't sure if she could take it. She could taste her blood on her tongue, she had bitten her lower lip to hard to stiffle her screams, but it still did not stop her from doing so.

Hannah asked anxiously. "Are you his, mom?" The doctor asked. "Yes, yes I am." Hannah answered breathing heavily. Clark walked to them too. The doctor sighed. "I'm sorry but...Joey is in a very critical condition, he has lost a lot of blood and he is bleeding, we tried everything we could to stop that but we couldn't, and he has a rare group of blood O- which is very difficult to find, we don't even have that in the blood bank right now, and in the next thirty minutes...if we do not get a donor, we might lose him." The doctor exclaimed.

Then he faced the door, and walked away. I got up, supporting myself with the edge of my bed, one of my hands stretched towards Joey's direction, beckoning him to return back to me and not to leave me, but he didn't care to listen. Suddenly, I felt a very sharp pain in my lower abdomen, I gasped for breath as hot liquid shot through my stomach, painfully, and when I looked down, I screamed at the sight of my own blood pouring out, soaking my white cotton gown which was now floating in my own gore.

“Jo, are you alright?” Jo hears Bran's voice but she cannot manage to reply. She can hear a slight ringing in her left ear. She stares at Bran’s face. He seems to be saying something but she cannot understand anything coherent. All she can hear are slurs and constant ringing. She touches her left ear and feels something wet and sticky there. She inspects her hand… It’s blood! Her left ear or some part close to it is bleeding. Bran helps her sit up and positions her under a nearby tree so she can use the trunk to support her back.

AUTHOR’S POV: - Sakshi approached them and crouched near the boy. The boy was not able to breathe properly. His pulse rate was going down and breathe rate was also falling. She called out for the ward boys and ordered them to carry the boy directly to the operation theatre. And she started to operate on him. She knew that she has wrath of certain someone to face but right now the only thing that clouded her mind was just the life of the boy who was lying in front of her.

I'm fucking overjoyed. I went to my room to take a fucking shower. Washed Joey's filthy blood off me, it mixed with my own as the blood still trickled down my side. In his weak state, Joey hadn't cut deep enough. It was fucking fine, the bleeding will fucking stop on its own.
