I wasn't sure what I expected when I suggested a movie night. Having Hollyn sit on the floor barely two feet away from the TV wasn't how I'd envisioned the night progressing, that was for damn sure. I was never gone for days, just hours, but it still sucked. I froze at the mention of Luna, but Scar acted oblivious to me and interacted with the doctor like I was invincible. If the doctor noticed, she didn't say anything. “Are you ready for your scan?” She asked me as soon as she sat down again. “Yes ma'am.” I replied looking like I Was about to explode, my patience was running thin and thinner the longer the doctor spent talking to him like I was not there. “I will start the test and you can wait here while I check on her progress” she said to Scar. After then, she led me to another room where I got changed into a hospital robe before getting wheeled into the scan machine.

Finally, blinding light flashes out of Maeve’s body, blasting the darkness that took over the room, returning it to it’s normal bright state and as quickly as the wind began, it dissipates. Maeve looks down and I watch as Xander coughs.
