"Karina!" a voice shouted from the right, causing Harry to immediately abandon his plan. "Ah, damn it!" Harry muttered. Karina turned her head and saw a man she recognized, "Xavier?" she said when she spotted Xavier walking towards her. "Karina, how are you? I didn't expect to meet you here," Xavier said.

I stifle a moan of annoyance. “Ah, Jack!” Sirius says enthusiastically, extending his hand. Jack is confused, having not met Sirius before. I sigh. “Jack, meet Sirius. Sirius, this is Jack.” They shake hands. Sirius’s scrutiny returns, darkening his features as he takes Jack in. I could have sworn he smells the air, as if trying to take in his scent. “Nice to meet you, Sirius.” Jack says skeptically. He turns to Lo. “So where are we going?”

I say. "You know what, Marilyn? This is why Xavier can't stand you! I often notice you are paranoid. If you can only be a little more in control of your feelings, it will be better for you. What if Xavier is having affairs with other women? It does not mean he loves you less. We are vampires. We are sexual creatures. We love having sex with other people, and we need to feed.
