++++++++++ School Story #1: Smoke This story happened during my third year of high school. I was an active member of a certain religious group in the school that I was attending. Every first Friday of the month, I went to the Manila Cathedral along with my classmates so we could attend the Vigil. The event started at around eight in the evening and ended at around six in the morning.

Part 1 Alot of people have different life tale, I have read many and never thought I will one day tell mine here for others to read. My relationship is really hanging, both with Impin and Miftah. Tomorrow is graduation day for us, hopefully my grades are good and satisfying, at least we can go to school together again. It just leaves a bad taste in my mouth. Today's the first semester of my second year in high school. I wouldn't say school is uncomfortable, but it's very lonely. Aunt Autumn insisted that I just get homeschooled, but I still wanted to experience living like a normal student, even if I didn't have any friends. To be honest, making friends was never really part of my priorities. I wanted to go to the same school my dad graduated from.

The best experiences of being a highschool student are meeting new friends, hanging out with them and having a boyfriend. They say that highschool is supposed to be the door for an exciting adventure, so before you open the door, you first need to prepare yourself for a new environment. But how did it lead to this? I'm in my last year of highschool but I hadn’t even experienced even one of the exciting things my seniors said. I spent my entire year studying and isolating myself from everyone. I created a solid wall in front of me that became a hindrance for my interaction with other people. Not that I don’t like them or I’m being rude, I just learned something when I saw my female classmates

Logan a new girl at school, walks into the room. Everyone begins staring at her. The girls give her an unwelcoming look. The boys look at her with smiles on their face. She begins to feel uncomfortable about the stares. The first day of High School and everyone has already judged her without getting to know her. As the week passed the boys were nice to her and wanted to be her friend. The only girl that talked to her was Lisa. The other girls talked about her. She is beautiful and the girls are envious of her. She walked into the class and Charlie asked her to go to the movie with him in front of the entire class. All the girls started laughing at her, she ran out of the room embarrassed.

The Shanthi Girls High School was more of a college than a high school since most of the students were at least 18 years old. This school catered to all those girls who were weak in studies due to laziness, low grasping and retention power, missing school due to unexpected circumstances etc. Now, Sahithi belonged to the last category as she had lost two precious years due to the death of her family, having been kept away from school by her scheming relatives. She was brought here to continue her education since it couldn’t be avoided any more.

~Marina's Pov~ This isn't a cliche highschool story, where the quirky clumsy nerdy girl slips over a banana peel while running through the cafeteria and into the arms of her dream guy; a bad boy who plays basketball or is the quarter back of the school's football team, who happens to be a very decorated player, likes blondes, loves his mom, hates his dad, has a junior sister, drives a nice car and all of that shit you see in movies these days... nahh.

“Fucking… you always got to raise your voice for people to listen these days.” ……………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………… The city of Phoenix wasn’t technically one of the richest or most fluent in terms of spending and investing money. So, it came as no surprise that even the school had to sacrifice some stuff in order to have access to other type of shit. Gave up the swimming pool in order to keep the football field, Big W. Gave up the tennis court for the library, Big L. And probably more significantly, gave up the astronomy class, teacher, equipment and facilities to cop this baby. “The Phoenix High Hall”.
