How Is Hope A Tribrid Novels & Stories

And the fact that the vampires were usually unstable and unpredictable made it all the more mandatory. As I stared at myself in the mirror, I did not know what to expect. A stupid part of me was still smitten by love and was hoping beyond hope that the moon goddess had her head in the right place and would make us mates. The other rational part of me was furious about this whole set up. If the mating ceremony was about to be carried out, then it meant that finally, brave Armstrong was ready to retire and would give the throne to Aries in a few short weeks.

My eyes drifted back to the note as the thought settled in my head, spreading slowly, piece by piece, until it was the only thing I could think about. The triplets. Maybe… just maybe… they can help me?

On the day of my first shift, my Alpha triplet adoptive brothers weren't by my side for the first time ever, because their long-lost birth sister Scarlett had returned. He was one of the triplets— “Who are you?” I let out before I could stop myself. “Please… tell me…” “That’s not important right now,” he growled in that same distorted voice, but his head lowered— Almost as if he didn’t want me to see his face and get my answer. “We have more important things to deal with…” he added, still avoiding my eyes. My throat tightened as my anticipation grew once more. Hope soared along with pain through me and my body shook. Unable to stop myself, I grabbed his arm. “Take off your hood!” I demanded, my voice firm but shaky.
