She didn’t even remember what she looked like. Her Mother had been a whore, like the others. Madame refused to speak of her except for the manner in which she had perished. Consumption had swept through the brothel that winter. It had taken many lives, including that of her Mother. Annabelle had been three. Sometimes, on the bitterest of days, Annabelle secretly wished the disease had taken her as well. It would have spared her the horror that was to come.

Tessa’s POV My entire world stopped moving around me as I stared at a very serious-faced Anna. She was watching me as I allowed her words to process in my mind. “How old are you currently?” She finally asked after what felt like an eternity of silence. I swallowed the lump that formed in my throat. “23,” I answered. She nodded, thoughtfully. “So, you still have a couple of years before it gets to that point,” she said, cocking her head to the side. “Don’t worry too much about it. You still have time.”

He said walking away from Anabel. Dremis walked with Marcus, and Elena stayed with Anabel. “So how old are you?” she said looking at Anabel. “I don’t know, twenty-something,” Anabel said eating some more food. “What about you?” “Two thousand and twelve years,” Elena said flicking her hair behind her shoulder. “So you are going to look like that for the rest of your life.” “Really?” Anabel said looking down at her arms, she was still purple. “I guess I don’t mind having this kind of skin. I mean it’s different than you and Marcus.” Anabel said shaking her head.

"Not hungry." She's facing away from me and hasn't bothered to look my way. I sit on the chair in the corner of the room. I've spent my fair share of time mourning the way she is today. In retrospect, though, lying in bed all day and not eating really only made me feel worse. "How old would she be today?" I ask. "Seventeen," Ana answers immediately. "She was supposed to start her senior year of high school this month." Silence falls between us for a long moment until Ana suddenly asks, "Do you think she knows?"

Iris asked walking over to Elizabeth with a smile. "I'm 18." "Oh wow you're younger to us then. I'm 19 and so is Anya but she's four months younger than me, and you can call me Iris." She said with a sweet smile which helped in calming Elizabeth's nerves.

I stutter, turning to see a familiar face. “It’s me, Allegra. Do you remember? The girl that gifted you a chocolate bar… the picture?” she says “Oh! The chocolate bar, and the picture! The picture of me with Prince Ares and Princess Athena in the front of my house, how could I have possibly forgotten…! It’s been a really long time, Allegra. How are you? your mom? Exams? Are you sixteen yet??” I giggle excitedly “Fortunately, I am sixteen. Today is my birthday.” She says shyly

She said, “Thank Ms Brook…at what time did the kidnap happen?” He asked. “Uhmmm..(she cleared her throat.) I can't remember, I was 15 when it happened.” She replied, I was so shocked to hear that. “And how old are you now?” He questioned. “I am 25, I think.” She said and looked at Annabelle. “Why didn't you reach out to your friend all these years? Why now?” Alex asked. I tapped on him. “That's enough questions for today Alex, let her be.” I said, muttering underneath my breath.

“That’s a monster in my mother’s body.” “I see,” Abigail said in a tone that bordered on tender. After looking at me long and hard she asked. “What’s your age?” “I’m eighteen,” I said hesitantly. “As am I. Or at least that’s the age I was when I was turned,” she mused. “Now I see why I was chosen to care for you.” “So, how old are you now?” I quizzed. “I’m four-hundred and forty,” she replied with a giggle.

Annabeth’s eyes brightened, she looked at Alexander and said with a beam, “I have so many more outfits in the same size and even more skimpier ones, do you want them?” Alexander fixed his gaze on Annabeth blankly as he asked, “Do you have a femboy fetish?” Annabeth shook her head seriously and answered, “No it is just that I like cute things.” Annabeth gazed down at the printed pictures of Eden wearing her clothing and continued, “Your boy is very cute, how old is he again?” “Only fifteen, so no funny ideas,” Alexander warned. Annabeth sighed, licking her lips she said, “I will get everything ready for you, will you be sparing expenses?”
