REID || WE made it to the pet store and I already regretted this. The man at the counter couldn't take his eyes off Cerena while she played with the small dogs. She even now wanted this one bunny with white fur but a black spot on its side. The man took us to the back with more puppies. I had never seen Cerena so in love with something that wasn't me before, the way her eyes lit up when we got to the room where the man had lots of puppies in, playing around. They all ran up to her, attacking her at once causing her to laugh as they jumped around her feet barking playfully.

They couldn't help but feel sad for the little one, knowing that he had lost his family and been forced to fend for himself in the wild. One night, as they lay under the stars, Jack and Sarah decided to tell the pup a story. It was a story about a wolf pup just like him, who had been lost in the forest and had no family to call his own. As they told the story, they saw the pup's eyes light up with recognition. It was as if he knew that they were talking about him, and he listened intently to every word. Inside Pet Haven, the friendly staff greeted us with warm smiles. "Welcome to Pet Haven! How can we help you ladies today?" "I'm looking for a dog," I said. "Something for protection and company.” We've got some amazing breeds here that'll provide companionship and protection." The staff member said. Emily nodded. "That's exactly what we need." The staff led us to a section of cages, each housing a different breed. "Let's start with Duke, our loyal Bulldog," the staff said, pointing to a sturdy dog with a wrinkled face. "Next to him is Luna, a playful Beagle, and Rocky, a energetic Boxer."

He showed us around the center and introduced us to the animals, telling us their stories and how they had ended up at the rehabilitation center. Another volunteer, named Ava, was a quiet and reserved young woman who had a passion for wildlife photography. She would spend hours in the center, capturing the beauty of the animals in her photographs. She was particularly fond of the birds, and would often be found sitting quietly in the aviary, talking to them and making friends with them.

◇DON POV◇ I don't know why this I feel something different towards this little lamb she is clumsy, naive, imperfect still she is pure and innocent I still can't understand how come my pets didn't harm her usually it never happened before they harm anyone unless untill I order them to not to harm but it's quite different towards her their rage increases when someone gets scared of them but the more she is getting scared the more they're acting nice to stop her getting scared for a second I felt my pets were dogs or cats by seeing the way they're with her they're acting like they know her very well from a long time

“No.” He poured it anyway, a delicate, almost ceremonial gesture, then began like he’d been rehearsing the story his whole life. "There was once a girl," he said, "born with blood in her mouth. “Then why are you so hesitant to tell me?” Kate looked away from his deep brown eyes that she thought was going to swallow her any minute from now as she thought of an excuse to make. “I was thinking of a pet I had back home” The pet she was talking about was her cute white furry dog, fluffy. Whenever things was hard for her back there at the club, fluffy would always come and comfort her rubbing her head against the length of her legs. This was the first time since she’d escaped that she thought back to that hell hole she’d ran away from. Now that she thought about it, John was so much like fluffy.

That the dragons didn’t just like shiny things like gold or jewels, but they would swoop down and take unruly pups and lock them away in their lairs for all eternity, never to be seen again. I shudder at the stories, the old wive’s tales and they were just that, stories. Even though we have been here a few hours, I can honestly say I’m in awe of these people. They are kind, gentle and loving. The way they have welcomed us is astonishing. Never judge a book by it’s cover springs to mind.
