Hunger Games Caesar Flickerman Novels & Stories

The sound of a male voice grew clearer beside her ear. The cafeteria manager was jolted awake by Caesar's grip and stuttered an apology. Caesar released his hand, politely explaining that his companion had somnambulism and would involuntarily come out to roam at night... Lola ate too fast, not chewing completely, and it hurt a little when she swallowed hard. But it was fine; she could endure worse hardships. After the submissive manager left, Caesar finally looked at Lola, who was curled up. She looked awful. She had rushed out in her nightgown, her hands smelled faintly of cured meat, her hair hung down, covering her cheeks, hiding here just to be able to eat her fill.

Caesar wouldn’t survive a day in the Blades academy. “What a waste. You have not been training,” Casper taunted him. It was good to have something grandpa cherished dearly. Caesar was furious. Casper stretched his hand towards Caleb and Caleb gave him the gun.

I felt like I needed to let them all know so I said, “Tyler and I are no longer together.” My Aunt Beverly gasped and Lena almost choked on her food as Cash coughed. “You aren’t?” My aunt asked and I shook my head no. “But Lexie he is the Immortal King. Why wouldn’t you want to be with him?” Lena now asks me. I didn’t know how to explain it, so I just said, “He is a murderer.”
