I Became The Necromancer Of The Academy Novels & Stories

He chose a necromancer over his family. This selfish and deranged man wanted to take my powers for himself. I was already afraid but some thing terrified me more. This necromancer had black magic to bring back dead people, she was definitely going to kill me. I was in fact l was already a dead person. Dead man's blood was already coursing through my blood.

I followed his gaze, and I got a glimpse of the fleeting clouds. “He tried to escape several times and the more he tried to escape, the worse their torture got. Eventually, he stopped trying. That was when I resorted to necromancy, a forbidden class of dark magic. I was weak, I knew it and when I understood no one was coming to help us, I gobbled like a hungry dog on every power I could claw upon in this dark dungeon. The ghosts of the dead were the only overpowering power in this place. I had only read about necromancy in ancient texts, but I applied it for the first time that day.”

The wizards had refused to serve him in life, but in their quasi-death they no longer had a choice. When he had awakened enough of their power, the Necromancer changed his spell. His voice grew louder and names began to appear within his incantation: Tomas, Viktor and Andre, his three black waziri lieutenants. Reflexively, he almost included Josef, but caught himself before uttering the name.

"Then why do we need to head back to Iridos as soon as possible when we haven't accomplished anything yet?" "Because the apprentice necromancer is at Iridos.." "What??? Are you serious???" "Do I look like I'm kidding to you???" "But how is that even possible??? Are you certain that the necromancer is within Iridos??' "That is what I learned from my grandfather. My mother and the apprentice necromancer used to study at Iridos. After I was born, my mother went back to Iridos saying that she can only find him there."

His mother and grandfather, however, had none of the sort, and so neither did he. He pushed the door—cold to the touch today—and stepped inside. He felt nothing from them as had always been the case, and they imposed nothing on him. He stood, straight as he could, before the headmaster of the Academy, an archmage in all its bearing. And magecraft closed, sealed, behind him. Beside the old man there was no Deidrich.

She will always be a friend to us, just as Aeneas. And as I think about this, I see Aeneas grin as he comes to greet her as well, his eyes spark with enthusiasm when he takes her delicate hands and kisses it gently, I think Aeneas is playing with fire if he wants to flirt with her. * ~~~~~~~ **** ~~~~~~~ * *Caleb* As soon as I see everyone sitting, I let the session begin. I am glad everyone is informed and on the same page. "So Necromancers are like dark wizards, they are humans and vampires, and they manipulate magic to achieve things that are forbidden. Is that correct?" Demark begins.

The academy loomed in the distance, its tall spires and grand archways filling me with a sense of wonder and awe. As I disembarked from the train, I couldn't help but notice the strange looks and whispers from the other passengers. It was as if they knew something I didn't, and the unease I had felt on the train began to resurface. I made my way to the entrance of the academy, my nerves and excitement growing with each step. As I approached the grand doors, they suddenly swung open, revealing a figure dressed in a long black cloak. "Welcome to Madland," the figure said in a deep, ominous voice. "You have been chosen to join our ranks."

he added, his voice taking on a casual, almost conversational tone, "I’ll kill your parents." I sucked in a breath. Jude watched me with cold amusement, like he enjoyed watching the fear seep into my eyes. "Do we understand each other?" he asked. I couldn’t speak. I just gave a small, stiff nod. Jude’s smile widened. "Good girl," he murmured before turning away. "Get some rest. Tomorrow, you have to be the perfect little student at Werewolf Academia." As soon as he left the room, I collapsed onto the bed, my entire body trembling.

"I will do anything; I will learn to become stronger. This is my second year at the Academy." My eyes grow wide and my heart stops beating altogether as I try to understand what's before me. There's a shadowy darkness in his pupils... the kind of eyes the demons that my ancestors defeated during the first war of the undead had!

“Bring her forward.” I flinched as invisible hands pushed me to my knees. The air itself obeyed him. Every instinct screamed to fight, but my power felt muffled here, swallowed by the silence. When I spoke, my voice trembled. “Where are they? Vale—” Magnus raised a hand, and the sound died in my throat. “You will speak when spoken to.” Rage and fear burned together in my chest, but I bit it down. He descended the steps of the throne, each footfall echoing like thunder. “Lyra Hawthorne,” he said. “Daughter of the traitor, child of the First Blood. You’ve caused enough destruction to drown this Academy twice over.”
