In the distance, the lapping waves sounded like a melody dancing along the shoreline. I clutched my handbag in one hand, my shoes tapping gently on the cobbled path leading to my house. The house stood majestically with large windows overlooking the ocean—my sanctuary of quiet and peace. As soon as I opened the front door, shrill laughter greeted me, flowing from the living room. The clinking of plastic toys was followed by the sound of little feet running around. Before I saw them, a scene came to mind—the twins, cheerful and full of energy, like waves that never stop rolling.

Something didn't feel right, so I turned around to see these twins glaring at me; I sent one back, even scarier, forcing them to let out a small scream as they ran away. “Faye, what was that all about?”, Cam asks me. “Just some twins staring at me. I had to send one back… to let them know not to mess with me.”, I explained.. “So, you saw Shay and Sky?”, Kevin and Christian said. “Who?”, Cam and I asked. “Shay and Sky are the two sluts in our pack. I can’t stand them.” Kevin said disgruntled. “All they want to do is steal mates from others for their own benefits.”, Christian stated.

At first, the twins were mischievous and didn't listen to the other staff. Most of the staff in the Kid's Center were avoiding to assist the twins because of their bad behaviour until my manager assigned me to them. I just did my job and treated the twins like the other kids and ignored their bad behaviour. But today I noticed that they are not comfortable and irritated. The twin left the Kid's Center in a hurry and they forgot their backpacks. I grabbed their backpacks and followed them in the basement and saw their unnatural transformation. "Werewolves!" I double winked my eyes to check if this is true!
