With him occupied, I pulled out the book I had managed to slip away from the library. The title ‘MINE’ was embossed in gold, though the letters were slightly worn as if they had been traced a thousand times. I opened the first page, expecting a ledger or a cold list of assets. Instead, I found a confession. The handwriting was sharp, elegant, and heavy with intent, like a chronicle of an obsession. Page after page, the author described a woman with a poetic, almost frightening reverence. He wrote about the way her hair caught the morning light, the specific, melodic pitch of her laugh, and the way she tasted like summer rain and secrets.

They were looking so cozy. HOW DARE SHE?!?! SHE IS MINE ONLY MINE... My mind was blurred . I can only see fury . I did the thing which came into my mind firstly. I went near her and pulled her towards me . Aaron said as he gets closer to Amanda who could feel his breath on her face due to how close he was. “I don’t understand what you are saying boss” she said still bending her head down. “It will be so annoying if I keep reminding you this..” Aaron lift Amanda chin up making her to close her eyes. “I won’t remind you next time kitty that…. “Am yours… yes I know.” Amanda angrily release her head from Aaron hand as she hates it when he said the words “ you are mine”. She wanted to sneak away from his cage but he hit is hands on the wall beside her making Amanda to close her eyes in fear..

“I’m sorry, I startled you”, Alex said,” I’m Alex, Damian’s friend”, he said putting out his palm for a handshake.” I don’t know my name, yet “, Bianca said, putting her palm on his gently.” I heard from Damian, you lost your memories”, Alex said,” I can’t believe it sometimes, it feels like I never even existed until now and it’s frustrating sometimes “, Bianca replied removing her palm from Alex’s hand to express her emotions. Alex felt empty when she withdrew her palm and he was surprised he craved the warmness.” Take my jacket, it’ll keep you warm, you’re shivering “, Alex said as he removed his jacket and handed it to her.”You’ll be safe here with Damian at least, you don’t have to worr

The bamboo was tall, straight, and fierce just like the script on the letter. … Hello Vivian, As I’m writing this, you are fast asleep by my side, and when you receive this letter, my filthy body will be buried six feet under in God knows where. It’s strange, isn’t it? That we could meet again after a year, separated between life and death. You are reading the words I’ve written, and I'm gazing avariciously at your face. Vee, I'm as despicable as ever, yet cowardly and weak.

He snapped making her heartbeat at an irregular pace. “Let me tell you a story, eh?” He said and sniffed. Carla was trembling due to how livid he was. Well livid wasn’t exactly the right word, outrageous. “There was a beautiful girl named Celia. Celia worked in an orphanage as a volunteer. She was happy with her life, helping the children, up until one day, she met a man named Asgard. Asgard and Celia fell for each other and soon enough began a relationship. It was then Celia learned that Asgard was actually the owner of the orphanage she worked in.”

This may be the end of He Was Never Mine, but it’s only the beginning of my writing journey. I truly hope you’ll continue walking that journey with me. Until our next story… With all my love, Precious Rose ❤️
