My world is now etched in charcoal, the vibrant hues of the outdoors feel like a distant dream. The poison coursing through my veins pushes me to the edge of insanity. I fear that without my smoldering anger I would lose myself in the darkness of my mind. My anger is warm and encompassing pushing away my deep loneliness. So, I focus on my anger, holding to it like a safety blanket.

As confusing as it is, the tidal wave is in the pot. It celebrates the notes and letters from your steps to mine and mine to yours. Days and weeks and years passed, steady on the boat that never tumble It balanced the weight that carry the break and the solution to the sanity When nights arrived, it became insane and wild. Compare it to tamed animals now free from humanity's illusion, like as if we were new to each other’s arms As I stand here on the boat, saving our lives, paddling our bodies to safety, scorching the winds of foolishness,

A server walked up to me to guide me to a table. “Once upon a midnight lonely,” I said, suddenly feeling as though I was a man from the nineteenth century. Each failed attempt had escalated my anxiety, my heart racing with every passing minute. I'm not insane. I'm not fucking insane. That was the mantra I'd been repeating since I left home, the words echoing in my mind like a desperate prayer. I'd chanted them to myself like a lifeline, clinging to sanity as the world around me spiraled out of control. But as the hours ticked by, the words began to lose their potency. The silence was suffocating, and the darkness closing in around me was starting to seep into my soul.

You do not counter a child or adult with a sane dream. Insanity is unacceptance. Insanity is not to deter the need of a dream. The need of a dream is you within! Amen. Go establish you within. Come to the rhythm as naked as you believe. Wear the clothes that do not reveal your dream. Another sane will believe. Only a real sane can believe. May you meet your goal.
