Is William Afton Vanessa's Dad Novels & Stories

Crying never stops. She sighed and held my hand. Then, she assisted me to sit down. Then, she looked at me worriedly. “Okay. That was shocking. But, how did this happen? And, who’s the father?” She asked. “It’s my boss,” I replied. Her eyes widened in shock because of what I said. With a stuttering voice, she replied, “William Mendoza is the father of that child? But, that man is already married, Vanessa!” She exclaimed.

But she had taken the money meant to keep my father alive and spent it on a party for Julian? My father used to clamp a hand over his mouth when he coughed so he wouldn't disturb her sleep, so he wouldn't be any trouble to her. And Vanessa had thrown a fortune at Julian's dog. I took the card to an empty corner and called her. It rang a long time before she picked up. In the background there was deafening music and Julian laughing as he played with the dog. "What now?" Her voice was thick with impatience. "Didn't I have Mira tell you to clear out of the house? Why haven't you moved?"

“Do you think he seeing someone? Do you think that it is the seer?" Garrett did not answer. And instead, he stood up from his seat, and walked towards his room. Vanessa knew exactly what her father's silence was about. He did not need to open his mouth to say another word before she knew exactly what the answer was. Her eyes darkened, the beginnings of a plan forming in her mind. “If what he is saying is true, I will make sure to find out who she is. And when I do, I will not hesitate to bury them both!" She swore, breathing heavily.

Pushing the heavy oak door open, the smell of eucalyptus and sterile medical linens hit him. His mother lay propped up against a mountain of white pillows, looking pale and exhausted. But she wasn't alone. Sitting in the velvet chair beside the bed, aggressively scrolling through her phone, was Vanessa. The daughter of his father’s primary real estate partner, Vanessa had been hovering around the Ashford estate for the last two years, treating the mansion like her personal country club. Hearing the door click, Vanessa looked up. Her perfectly glossed lips instantly curved into a wide, predatory smile.

What, did you forget all that? Her voice shook with pure hate. "When your mom jumped from that roof, the wind blew her skirt everywhere. Who in Averyton didn't see it? "And your dad was even more pathetic. He died without ever knowing who leaked that confidential file." My face stayed blank. I didn't say a word. Vanessa seemed to slip into some twisted high. She sneered and kept going. "Don't blame me. Blame your parents for being idiots. They were so easy to fool. My dad barely set the trap before yours signed the papers.

As I stared blankly at the photo, my phone vibrated. It was a message from Aaron. He said that outside the funeral hall, Vanessa had received a call from her father, Warren. On the phone, Warren had asked, "Vanessa, did you go to the Tully home? I just heard Evan Tully's mother... passed away?" I did not show the contents of the envelope to Vanessa. I only quietly sorted through my mother's belongings, preparing to leave this place of grief as soon as possible. Vanessa called me more than a dozen times.

The black SUV has been behind us for forty-seven miles. Same plates. Tinted windows. Always three car lengths back. "You're sure it's Vanessa?" I ask. Mason's knuckles are white on the steering wheel. "I recognize the driver. He works for her father." "Her real father? The truck driver?" "Her real father is a former military contractor. He runs security for Darius." Mason glances in the rearview. "Vanessa isn't some random girl from Spokane. She's been trained."

“He is sick, okay? For the love of god, just hours ago, you sent me a message stating that he's had a heart attack. Some part of you must have been worried about him, right? Why would you try to ensure that he does die by antagonizing him?” “Yeah, think about someone else other than yourself for a change.” Shane, ever the instigator snipped. You know, ususally when your parent narrowly escapes death, it’s a time to appreciate how much they mean to you. If I’d been expecting that his near brush with death would act as an epiphany for the both of them, I was sorely mistaken. “Today is an important day for Vanessa, so how about you do the only thing you’ve been good at your entire life? ***ESTHER*** I am just so much shocked to hear him talk about my dad. I have never heard anyone talk about my dad after that accident. You know what, Mr. Payne was my dad’s classmate but I have never heard him talk about my dad all this time. “How do you know about my dad?” I ask. “So, you’re his daughter?” he asks. “Yes, I am his daughter but how do you know about my dad?” I reiterate. “I was incharge of his case. The one in which there was huge embezzlement of money. And in the one in which he was killed,” he says.

She actually f*cked his dad! Vanessa's jaw dropped, unable to believe what she had just heard. The file in her hands shook slightly as she swallowed invisible sputum. "Dad?" She repeated, in her head. How? There were so many questions running through her head right now. The man she had slept with last night was actually Justin's father? That bastard was actually the son of the hot hooker that got her all washed out? Oh f*cking God! This wasn't good at all. In her past life, she never met Justin's father.
