Astral Odyssey: Dying Ember

Astral Odyssey: Dying Ember

Aimi ended up proposing that they form a group after they graduated to go on a hunt for the stone. After they graduated, they set off on their journey as planned. It was through this journey that they discovered how the creatures got deadlier or more insidious the further they traveled from their home ground. They went through a lot together and learnt more about each other, in particular, Aimi grew a lot closer to Isamu who turned out to be on a hunt for the legendary stone to bring back his deceased first love. He had perfectly simulated her personality in the virtual world and all that was left was to give her a life of her own.

Mimic

Mimic

I remain silent during this process, still not sure what to think about this situation. “Oh, this isn’t good.” Axel exclaims, checking his phone. “I have an alert, the police are looking for a fugitive with telekinetic abilities who may be able to identify a high-risk Abnormal known as a ‘Mimic’.” He looks confused and turns to Myah, “Do you know what a Mimic is?” He asks. She doesn’t show any reaction but simply states; “I can’t think of anything relating to that, CC?” Myah looks towards her sister for a further response,

DEOS

DEOS

He raised his head, pointed in two sides, covered in fur, a pair of eyes glowing in red, ablaze, hatred is written all over his face. While lifting his fists, his claws sharply grew-He is not just a kid but a humanoid beast, while the distortion covers his mouth- it made him able to speak non-gibberish words. He hauled his furry hands, trenchant claws in front of them. ‘’Hold it! We will not hurt you. I know you have deep hatred for humans but I am not a human, I Imimu-Zaru is a minim.’’

Sold to the Alpha

“Sure. Why not?” Mim looks disappointed but then does a full body shake, starting with her head and her outstretched arms until she’s running in place for a few steps, like she’s literally trying to shake something off of her body. I hide my mouth with my free hand, still grasping my orange with the other hand. “All right. Your turn,” she says.

Really enjoyed this story & loved the uniqueness of each character. My only (boring) quibble is that sometimes the spelling has ‘fallen over’ A brief time proofreading would sort this. It’s clearly because of the enthusiasm of the author, & I cannot fault that! Thank you Bella 😊💕

This story is everything you want: action, chemistry, and all of your favorite wolfy elements. But this author deserves a special shout out for the story. Unique, and clearly well thought out. Not overdone to be cliche nor boring and routine. It’s great, have a read!

Wolf Moon

Wolf Moon

she asked, her voice tinged with intrigue. Simon knew he had to be cautious. He looked into her eyes, his gaze smoldering, and replied, "No, I'm not a werewolf. Just a regular human, I assure you." Jasmine nodded, somewhat convinced, and smiled warmly. "Well, I'm Jasmine. Nice to meet you." She extended her hand. Simon took her hand gently, his touch electric. "I'm Simon. A pleasure, Jasmine." He was about to lean in closer to her when he saw Mara walking toward them.

asked one of the persons in front of him that is tied up on a chair who was apparently Simon. "Stop pretending that you didn't know! I'm not born yesterday!" the mysterious man exclaimed, "Tell me or I'll do the same to you what I did to that man!" He shoved on his pocket and took his knife. He leisurely walked towards Simon. Trying to hold his anger. When he was about to cut off the boy's skin, his companion let out a cry. "Don't do it! He's just a kid just like you!" "I don't care! You two will just interfere with my plan!" he replied. Leisurely he continued what he wants to do on Simon.

IM THE LUNA

IM THE LUNA

she murmured softly, almost inaudibly. She pressed her body against the mossy stone wall, observing the brutal training in progress. Some humans who looked like volunteers-or perhaps coerced-were given short, black spears. They were forced to attack the masked figures acting as "wolves". Whoever was slow was mercilessly beaten by the instructor standing at the side of the field. Then Andhara saw it-a weapon that made her heart sink.

Once Upon a Broken Moon: Alpha King is my Second Chance Mate

Once Upon a Broken Moon: Alpha King is my Second Chance Mate

“There, there. Calm down, my mate.” “I was lured by a mimic too; according to Geneva, that’s what it's called. At first, it bears resemblance to Beta Elise. But by the time I was in the middle of the White Woods, it revealed its faceless appearance.” The Alpha King sighed. “And why would you follow Elise? And most of all, why do you want to see Beta Elise? Those impostor mimics let you see the person whom you wanted to see the most at that moment.”

System Of Blood: To Crave Survival

System Of Blood: To Crave Survival

She was writing something, her hand moving across paper in steady, mechanical strokes. "Mimic," Marcus whispered. They were Class D threats that copied human behavior. Dangerous because they looked normal until you got close enough for them to strike. This one had probably been here for years, sitting at that desk and waiting for someone stupid enough to approach. I'd killed Mimics before. The trick was speed. Get close, strike fast, don't let them react. I moved toward the desk. The woman kept writing. Three steps away. Two. One. I drove my blade through the back of her chair. The Mimic screamed—a sound that wasn't human at all. It twisted, faster than anything should move, and its face spl

Too Late to Regret: The Billionaire’s Unwanted Ex

"We diffused it. We broke the signal into seven billion different songs." The Recognition Aris, the Mimic leader who had ascended the elevator with them, stepped forward. He looked at the group of "Unclaimed" Mimics waiting by the tents. He didn't give them a command. He simply sat down in the dirt and picked up a stone, turning it over in his hands as if seeing a mineral for the first time. "It is... heavy," Aris remarked, his voice now devoid of any digital tremor. "And cold. I like it."
