James spoke up and waited for Edmund to give his word. “Fine, since you gave me your word, I will not interfere anymore.” He said so and asked Edmund to follow him. Edmund followed behind James with a heavy heart. He was already broken by the fact that Ryan was missing and nowhere to be found, and his father, with whom he had not even reconciled, was on the verge of death! Why did he have to lose everything?
