Faking it with the NHL’S Golden Boy

Faking it with the NHL’S Golden Boy

I opened my mouth— BZZZ. My phone vibrated against the wooden bedstead. I reached for it, and the moment the screen lit up, all the color drained from my face. I turned my head slowly, looking at Flora as my voice dropped to a whisper. “Justin is dead.”

The Heiress' Return: Six Brothers at Her Beck and Call

The Heiress' Return: Six Brothers at Her Beck and Call

He let out a deep sigh. "Captain, the victim is Fulton Hollister. He's 30 years old, and he's a programmer at a local company." Another officer handed him a file. "He jumped from the 28th floor and died on impact. We found a suicide note in his apartment. Based on the scene, we've ruled out homicide." He took the file, rain dampening the pages. On the first page was a young face. It was a picture of Fulton wearing glasses with a shy smile.

I wouldn’t bother reading. The author has dragged this out and made the storyline almost unrecognizable from what it was portrayed. Instead of focusing on the lost child and the reunion with the family they have introduced stupid plots to drag the story on- and on- and on- and on!

the storyline is amazing. Love the FL. She is strong, fierce, righteous and so unaware. Landon is amazing, so supportive and heart warming tho feel sad for him he is unappreciated. I wish Fiona the best and hope she gets true love Owen never deserved her. Love grandpa Warren and Barron. It's amazing

Mated to her Enemy: Refusing his Rejection

Mated to her Enemy: Refusing his Rejection

"So what? Eloise needed money, and you thought it was fine to send her to Oliver to be tortured for his amusement? You put her in danger for a few bills?" Flora’s jaw tightened, and for a moment, she looked like she might say something in defense. But Rachael wasn’t done yet. She leaned in closer, her words laced with venom. "Let me tell you a secret," Rachael whispered, her voice dangerously soft. "Eloise drowned in that room. There was a problem with the water container. It wouldn't open." Flora’s body stiffened. Her face went ashen, and she took an instinctive step back. Her mouth went dry, and she felt cold sweat running down her back.

Mr. Billionaire's Contract Wife

Mr. Billionaire's Contract Wife

Flores, trembling, took a folder from the table containing details of all his wealth. The other party glanced over it briefly and said, "The boss said if you still have some sense left, you can use number six." Mr. Flores seemed to breathe a sigh of relief. Number six reagent — a quiet and discreet way of death. "Please thank Mr. Keith for me." Mr. Flores took the reagent handed to him and, after saying those words, drank it in one gulp. The next day, he would be found dead, with the autopsy result pointing to an overdose of aphrodisiacs.

Ex-Husband's Regret

Ex-Husband's Regret

“That’s me.” The older officer nods politely. “We just have a few questions concerning a death.” My stomach drops instantly. “A death? What death?” The officers exchange a brief look before the younger one answers. “This afternoon, Jocelyn was found dead inside her prison cabin.” Shock ripples through the entire table, because what the hell? She seemed fine after we talked to her that day. The officer continues, “According to the visitor logs, you and Miss Lilly Wood were the last people to visit her.”

The storyline allowed viewers felt the sincerity of Rowan and actually rooted for their love and intimacy. Gabriel was an a** to a young Harper that lost both parents then her only sibling he divorces her after her brother dies then kicks her out with nothing he did not deserve to have her so soon...

I feel like the one downside to your writing is that you tend to have a character come up and tell the main character what to do and how to feel it's the same thing that happened with ava and her mother and now it's the same thing happening with travis's wife and ava supposed to the characters earni

TO LOVE A FEMALE ALPHA

TO LOVE A FEMALE ALPHA

And if the Montrells had to choose between a Trevino and a Dregory—I already knew where I stood. I turned around again and looked at them, just in time for me to see Nadine hop inside the car that Kenzo was driving. I had no idea where they were heading, and I didn’t have any courage to ask. Alpha Jace took me with him, and we began clearing Maddox and Maximus’ bodies as well as their men’s. Someone also found a notebook indicating a list of people who had already died. It was Maddox’s Death Journal. List of people that died in his hands or were ordered to be killed.

This book was fantastic! It was stressful, emotional, and very well written. I loved Nadine as a female lead, but once again, the side stories (Mindy & Arlo and Kenzo & Jillian) were a wonderful added surprise. It’s hard not to ...️ the characters from these books even though their stories are short.

The Demon's Call (ENGLISH)

The Demon's Call (ENGLISH)

I am so confused that my mind is going to burst out already. I opened the files that Inspector Kyline emailed at me. It was the suicidal note that Jean Fajardo had written before she dies. I also look at Jean Fajardo’s notebook when she was a college student and there’s no difference between them. Everyone would think that she really did write it. But there’s a lot of suspicious thing here. She did not die to an accident. Based on her medical records she was already dead before an accident happen. But why did the police didn’t look further in that part? When they saw the suicidal note they are already convinced that it was suicide even though her medical records is telling otherwise.

4202 – Let’s end this 9488 – I wish I could sleep a little longer and never wake up ~ “We can confirm that Ms. Ayle Angelo takes her own life because of depression. Those are some codes from the mysterious bouquets our team has solved. There are still several codes in progress to be solved.” Mr. Brown, the head department of Ayle and mom’s death investigation, said. The big guy walked over his laptop and pressed on some button, causing the projector to show the next slide. There are cctv pictures showing someone entering a florist. It was a guy. It has the date written on the lower part of every pictures.

Her room was filled up as everyone was trying the console her parents. Then an observant neighbor saw the suicide note lying helplessly on the bed. She reached for it and realized that it was from Rose. After reading few lines, her heart couldn't bear the sorrowful letter so she alerted everyone that Rose left a note. At that point, a note couldn't pacify the crying mother or the bittered father who was escorted outside with fellow elders consoling him dearly.
