Justin and detective Joe changed their mode of dressing and dressed up as gangsters and dyed their hair so they would look different and unrecognizable. They both entered the building and a lot of people waiting to be coronated were already there.

Mr. Julius was dressed as a clown, it was part of the children's costume. It made he look hilarious and childish too. Joe walked up to him to exchange a handshake as a symbol of cooperation between men.

Seems like I have to get rid of you.” Kayson smiled and said, “You’re going to need more than that to kill me.” Joe smiled cruelly. “Kid, killing you is as easy as killing an ant now that you’re standing right before me!” After saying that, Joe pulled out a puppet.
