“What do you mean?” The priest hesitated, then leaned closer, his voice dropping to a whisper. “Elianna is not your true sister by blood. She was taken in as an infant, the child of another. Your parents raised her as their own, out of compassion, but she was never told. When she discovered fragments of the truth years later, bitterness consumed her. She saw you as the chosen one, the rightful heir, while she was merely the shadow. That bitterness has now grown into hatred.” Clara’s breath caught in her chest. The words felt like stones crashing down around her. “Not my sister…” she whispered.

He accepted with a grin, popping the fruit into his mouth and setting aside the stem. "You gave me your cherry," he smirked playfully. Jessi blushed, as he'd known she would, but she laughed lightly. "I meant to tell you," Judd began, "my sister called yesterday." In the hours they'd spent together working on various projects, Jessi had come to know that Judd had a sister who lived in Charlotte. “Joshua, you don’t really want to investigate me because of this woman, right?” Joshua leaned against the wall gracefully. He glanced at Aura lightly, took out his cell phone, and dialed a number. “Go and find out—” Before he could finish speaking, Aura grabbed his phone out of his hands. “Joshua!” Aura’s face was pale. “Are you suspicious of me!? It’s impossible. I’d never do something like this! I’m Luna’s real sister! I’m Nellie’s aunt!” It was better when she did not mention that she was Luna’s younger sister, but she already did...and Luna could no longer hold back her anger.

She seems proud of me, and to be honest I am kind of proud of myself. “My sister, maybe? You’ll have to ask her, but she’s kind of girly and giggles a lot.” Allen answers honestly. He points me in the direction of his sister, who is standing with other girls around the teenage stage of their lives. I wink at him and Maddie before moving towards the giggling girls. “Is one of you perhaps the sister of little Allen over there?” I ask the group, and one of the girls, a pretty brunette raises her hand.

I begged still running to them but they all were moving away. "You can't catch us, brother". Josh appeared in the front and I took in my little brother's features, adoring him to no bounds. "Your life is down there, brother." Ana winked at me while my heart felt the need to hug my sister. "You have to fufill our dreams, brother". Allison added staring deep in my eyes, giving me her everlasting support and strength.

Josh said from behind "She's my friend sister who is staying with us for a while, she just came back from the rehabilitation centre, sometimes she goes off her rockers" I lied to Josh "I guess she followed me" I added "Oh, I see" he said as he glanced at Alicia giving the both of us space to talk "She is only using you, just like she is using my brother" she said "You don't even have a brother" I said to her "we would be going now, see you some other time Josh" I said as I grabbed Alicia by the hand pulling her to come along with me
