A glitter sheer mesh jumpsuit. “Girl, no need to try it on!” Ada exclaimed, obviously excited. “I know, right?” She responded as she walked over to the counter. “Byotch, you need footwear to go with that,” Bambi reminded her then he showed her a pair of 6-inch mesh platforms. Checking the size, Jada took it from him and placed it on the counter as well, “Perfect,” she muttered as the cashier ran her items for checkout.

The room tilts. "Jeffrey—" I croak, but it's barely a whisper. I fumbles for the emergency button by the side of the bed and press it hard. Once. Twice. Nothing. I slam my palm on it. BZZZZZ! In no time, the door flies open. "Kendrick? Sir?" Jeffrey's voice, alert. Hunched over, my arms wrap around my stomach, rocking. Lips blue. Breathing ragged. Jeffrey rushes forward, dropping to his knees. "Sir—look at me. What's happening?"

Jump: Grabbing onto the glass window as it ejects and falls out, I look down at the quickly approaching desert. I spy an approaching sand dune, the tallest one around. Placing the window against the bottom of my shoes, I use my gift of enhanced jumps to jump off the window. The window shatters as I jump off the window and toward the tallest sand dune. Rocketing toward it, I flip over and use my gift once more to jump off the sand dune. I bounce off the sand dune before flipping over and landing on my feet. Now on my feet, I adjust my wrist-mounted crossbows. As I adjust them, I look up and see only my pod flying back to the hovertrain craft.

What? Chatter: This world!? Man: This a new scam? Chatter: No... I am a Free Jumper. Man: What is that? A new Multi-Level Marketing scheme? Chatter: OK seems you won't believe me, go to the nearest landmark that is most memorable for you, I will be there.

My legs bend lower for the final time, as it prepares for the final jump. I leap.

JumpStart: "No. No. No. No. No! Ahh!" I scream as I stomp my fists against the table. "Where is that program? Where is it? I searched this whole computer but still can't find it!
