Looking at Lila, he said with a soft smile, “By all means, pack them.” “Did Steven Giles cough up more funds for research?” Lila quizzed. “Is he making us move? I don’t understand.” Carefully placing the lid on the oversized plastic tub that contained his research files, Jasper stopped working and took the time to properly explain things to his assistant.

Pregnant For The Bully

Pregnant For The Bully

On the wall is an outline photo of him and his twin sister. There was a door close to his vanity table. I moved towards it and opened it, I looked around, it was a walk in closet, but no clothes were in it. Just a pile of books on a huge shelf and a paper chart which was glued to the wall. Different names were written on the paper, and all the names were ticked apart from my name and Juliet's name which was circled with a red marker. I began to wonder why Justin had these names and what he intends using them for. I picked one of the books opening it to read through it, but it fell from my hands immediately I saw the first sentence written on the first page.

I didn't think I would enjoy this book, but I did. I commend the writer for a good job. The unexpected plot twist at the middle kept me glued and I couldn't stop reading. I enjoyed reading, it makes me angry, sad and happy. This is one of the best books I have read on this app.

Friendly advice. DO NOT READ!!! The book starts good, but around the middle and especially at the end is SOOO BAD. Too many clichés just to keep the book going. The writer loses tracks of characters and plot lines, leaving plot holes. There is barely any logic in what is written. HORRIBLE BOOK!!!

FOR DADDY’S EYES ONLY!

FOR DADDY’S EYES ONLY!

"Just... get the fuck out." Jefferson chuckled low, unfazed. He reached out, brushing a stray hair from her cheek with a thick finger, the touch electric. "Feisty. I like that. But alright, I'm going. Justin, man, we'll talk later. Hit me up when the coast is clear." He shot her brother a wink, then turned, his ass flexing in those tight jeans as he brushed past her. Justin, now half-dressed, stood awkwardly. "Jefferson, wait—"

The Wrong Kind Of Love

The Wrong Kind Of Love

I spotted Justin almost immediately. He had already claimed one of the study rooms, exactly as he'd promised. His laptop was open, and several criminal law textbooks were spread neatly across the table. When he looked up and saw me, he smiled. “Right on time.” “I try.” He stood to pull out the chair opposite him. “I've already borrowed a few commentaries on R v. Jogee. Thought they'd save us some time.” I glanced at the pile. “ I see that. You weren't joking.”

Ex-Husband, Beg Me!

Ex-Husband, Beg Me!

After a few more jumps and a short visit to hell and back,Lucas signaled for Jefferson to be released. They brought Jefferson up and rolled him on the wooden floor like garbage. Jefferson shook. He couldn't even stand on his own,his lips trembled. His face was pale and his hands felt like jelly. Lucas walked over. His leather shoes were heavy and each step created a loud sound. Justin, who was standing behind, just watched the scene. They should have been at the office but Lucas insisted that he had other things to take care of. And it turned out that Jefferson was the 'thing' he wanted to take care of.

A Blind Gamble: The Mate I Never Chose

A Blind Gamble: The Mate I Never Chose

I suspected he was masked with mistletoe, so I checked the study first. A wise choice because of the Savagers. I got in and found Justin admiring the books. “You can't be in here,” I asserted but he didn't flinch. He continued looking through the shelf. “I said —” “I heard what you said,” he spoke abruptly as he picked out one of the books. “Have you read it? The story of Alpha Dante by Crystal L. It's such a nice read,” “Get the fuck out,” He grinned, excited by my outburst. “You are so fierce,” he walked up to me, keeping the book back on the shelf. “I love that,”

Chasing My Pregnant Wife

Chasing My Pregnant Wife

She still hadn't accepted her own identity. That morning, she went to the hospital to visit Justin. He had gotten much better and would be discharged in a couple of days. Rosalie placed a basket of fruit on the bedside table. "You look much better today." When she entered, she found Justin reading a book. It was a novel about the Middle Ages. "Is this book any good?" Rosalie asked. Justin said, "I wouldn't say it's good or bad. I see it as a complex story and try to view it from an objective perspective. The subject is pretty interesting. I saw some people criticizing it, calling it worthless, which made me want to see for myself."

Story started strong. Should’ve ended by 600 or so chapters. Plot and characters become increasingly ridiculous. I dislike Rosalie’s second husband - and how she carries his BONE FRAGMENTS forever. Also, major abuse from a character who turns out to be her relative. Should be rated 18+ for that

DEATH REINCARNATE

DEATH REINCARNATE

Jason looks in front of him with a mixed frown and irritation towards Jefferey by who suddenly barge in shaking his downright like reminiscing past with the book ‘she’ wrote, but forgot. Smiling widely with its quite naughty and nosy nature by which he did not notice coming in and barging as always to their club room and the University’s official publication of Knight. With his camera dangling over his neck as the journalistic club’s photojournalist, he immediately shoves the book at his back as he looks at Jefferey with the mischievous turn smile of his. “Hey, what was that all about?” “About what?”

Beautiful & Battered

Beautiful & Battered

It was almost half-past eight when I came here. While waiting for Kevin, I wash the dishes and put the remaining soup in the fridge. I stand next to his study table and see the books he has. If anyone from school sees his shelf, he/she will be shocked. I know Plinio enough and I'm not surprised. Citizens of London, American Lion, Thomas Jefferson: the Art of Power, Flags of our Fathers, the Last Mughal, and many more books, are exactly what Plinio will read. I take out one and open it. 'Caroline' is written in cursive handwriting at the top corner. Below it 'Plinio' is written in the writing of a child, probably his own.
