I took her to a restaurant to have dinner and I learnt more about her. She was a freelance writer who had written a few unpublished manuscripts and when I asked her why she hadn't published them yet, she told me she'd been scared of rejection and her mother's illness had not allowed her to do anything else except take care of her.
